I’m an investor and have worked with more than ten agents to buy, sell, or manage properties. Because he himself invests in real estate, he understands where I come from. He is very knowledgeable about residential construction and gave me a lot of practical and cost-effective advice from investor’s perspective. He is also very good at pricing, which is very important when buying/selling houses. He was willing to fight with the seller for me to get a better deal, even in this competitive market. He doesn’t mind rolling up his sleeves and doing some physical work for his clients either. He even picked up a window screen I ordered from Home Depot with his truck and installed it for me :) He referred me to right people for repairs, cleaning, and property management. He is also really fun to work with. We laughed a lot while working together. It is just difficult to find such a broker who is honest and has high ethical standards... Hes a great asset for knowing and finding professionals to mitigate issues that were discovered upon home inspections. My husband retired and we decided to move to Oregon where our oldest daughter had just moved to. Amy recommended her realtor, Hector Garcia whom we decided to work with and are so happy we did!For the following 6 months we were impressed by Hectors knowledge and connections over and over. We were not easy clients being older with all that comes with it! Number one on our list was a single story home with some space. Elbow room plus storage for our 10 Tons of possessions! This we got and more!This was to be our final home, hopefully and Hector in the following months educated us about things we had no idea about, like sewers and water rights. Hector is the best realtor a home buyer could ask for; we really got lucky as first-time home owners. Hector is extremely knowledgeable and honest, and he really has our best interest in his heart even after weve closed on our new home.Prior to working as a realtor, Hector worked for many years on the construction side, so he was able to point out things to us that we had no clue about -- whether a siding of a house is good to the quality of cabinets and flooring. Hector is also very honest. At no point during our house hunting did we ever feel that he just wanted us to buy a house and be done with it. He never suggested that we look at a house that he represents, even though he couldve. In fact, I really liked one of the houses we looked at, but my husband, Patrick, pointed out that its a fixer-upper and that after all the renovation, itd be at the top end of our budget. To my surprise, Hector said hes gonna have to agree with my husband and we dodged a fixer upper that wouldve killed our budget.Lastly, weve closed our home a couple of weeks now and Hector is still responding to our questions whenever we think of one. If youre looking for a realtor, Hector will be a godsend to you. He will be your friend.

When selling or buying a house it can be very stressful on your family. Finding a relator that has your back is a big deal. Hector was great to work with. When things got stressful he had us take a step back and realize that he was taking the stress on for us.He was working three deals for us at the same time. Selling our house, the purchase of our new place, and buying a new house for my mother. He was able to work his magic and get everything close at the same time.I would highly recommend Hector. Poor communication, conflict of interest throughout the process and failed on multiple occasions to represent us accurately. More interested in his commission than customer satisfaction.
