The Duffys knew their pianos. We went in with one in mind they agreed it was beat for our son described its features and let my son play it. Mr. Duffy had a conversation with my husband patiently listening to his description of our 1890 upright, answered his questions that went beyond what we were purchasing and laughed at his corny jokes. Mr. Duffy engaged my son and discussed his piano lessons and education plans, not easy with a teenager. The price was very reasonable and we can trade up in the future and get full credit for the purchase. You do not get any of this from the that internet bohemoth.

I had a choice of buying my first piano from a number of places but theres something about Londonderry Piano and talking to John that felt just right. I appreciated Johns quick response to my inquiries, his explanation of the instrument, his honesty about customers who purchased a competitor brand (which he also carries) but having recent customers switch to the brand Im considering. John was kind and honest and provided a really competitive price in the market. Its important for me when I make a big purchase that I feel that other person is being honest and genuine and thats what I experienced in working with John at Londonderry Piano. My piano was delivered and assembled flawlessly right before Christmas which was a great gift. I will absolutely business with Londonderry Piano in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know who may be considering a purchase.

It’s not everyday you come across customer service at this level. I was buying a Kawai digital piano for my son as a Christmas present. I looked high and low all over MA but it was out of stock everywhere. Thankfully I found it in (tax free) NH! Bonus! As a single mom I almost never have a kid free minute, but I did have a small window last Sunday. I called and got through to John even though they were closed (must transfer calls to his cell). I explained my predicament and he called another employee who lived a half hour away. He came and opened the store just so I could get this done kid free! He had it ready to load into my car and it was a seamless transaction. They not only saved Christmas but got a customer for life! After this unexpected level of service I wouldn’t go anywhere else and neither should anyone else that is deciding on where to buy your piano.

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the service and guidance we received from the entire staff at Londonderry Piano! John, in particular, was beyond helpful, informative and took time to understand what we were looking for from this purchase. His expertise in the field is a 10. His honesty and customer focus is a 10 (John personally delivered the piano within a day of purchase). And, in this time of pandemic, LPs priority of keeping his customers safe with appointment only viewing, masks, and sanitizing equipment was at the forefront.I highly recommend Londonderry Piano!

I could purchase my grande piano in MA, but when I get to talk to the owners, I did not like how they do their business. Then I searched on line, and talked to John over the phone. I just liked how he understand the business and not trying to say bad things about others. They are the biggest Kawai representative in New England. Talk to John, then make your decision.

Anthony and Noah delivered an upright kawai from my parents house to mine, an hour away. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. My house doesnt have a very easy approach; the front yard has a large slope. They handled it with little problem. Ill be using them for tuning and maintenance work soon.10/10, would use them again every time!--Dave

I Was shopping for a Piano and after initially looking at used (and not really knowing what i was looking at) I decided to check some local shops. I spoke to John who answered my questions, so i decided to visit the store. They have a large selection of pianos but the part that was most helpful was they did not try to upsell you.They listened to what i wanted and I ended up coming home with a new digital keyboard. A fairly entry level model but with enough items to make it fit my needs for quite some time. I do however plan on taking advantage of their trade in policy in the future. I would highly recommend this store.

My experience here was top-notch. I was looking for a new keyboard for a church I just started working at recently, so I decided to check out Londonderry Piano which is close by. I did do quite a bit of research on the models they had that were within my budget before heading in. I was greeted by John who was very nice and knowledgable and he showed me around to some of the models and was able to answer any questions I had. I went in a few times before making a purchase to test-drive the models I was considering purchasing. Each time I went in, John was very hands-off and not pressuring or pushy at all, allowing me to try out the pianos for as long as I needed. And I did tell him about my budget and he didnt try to convince me to go past it once - calm, cool and collected.Once I decided on the model, I was relieved to hear that they were able to just bill it to the church instead of me having to put all the money upfront. Once all the paperwork was done, we were worried it wasnt going to fit in my car. John was gracious enough to load the piano into his own vehicle and drive it down to the church with me and help me get it inside. He even took time to help me open the box and show me how to set it up - all while still on the clock. If thats not amazing customer service, then I dont know what is.The keyboard sounds amazing and I cant wait to start using it at church. I would certainly come back here again with any questions or to make another keyboard purchase in the future. If youre looking for honest and knowledgable people with an almost endless supply of great pianos (both acoustic and digital) at extremely fair prices, stop by Londonderry Piano. Tatyana at Londonderry Piano is an excellent piano teacher. We are missing her teaching style and personality. Two of my children took lessons with her when we lived in the area. Now we are looking for a teacher in our new location. It will not be easy to replace her.
