Insight has been great, their technician Matt was out today and was very helpful with our usual quarterly treatment and also specifically focusing on some areas outside the house where I’m having a large amount of any activity. The company generally has been great about coming out in between regular visits when we have specific issues come up (large ant problems inside/rodents in the attic), they have been very responsive and have come to resolve issues quickly, sometime multiple times in a row like when we had a large rodent infestation in the attic post ice storm. All of their technicians have been very kind and professional, super appreciate their work!

The Sales rep lied, said all of the neighbors were going to use this service therefore we get a group discount. That is not what happened when I cancelled. The Rep said they would fix and make the vents under the house secure, the worker shows up and says no on that one we wont fix, get some spray foam. Then they said they would fix 4, are 8 altogether. The Rep said a city employee called, nope the city said they dont do that. They were glorified spider killers. I cancelled because the first appointment was suppose to be about rodents, not worried about spiders. The first appointment was suppose to be about fix the vents, and checking for infestation under the house. He said he crawled all underneath the house, nope. I know what that takes and what that looks like, coveralls go on, when you come out you are dirty with cobwebs in your hair. They said to cancel you will have to pay another 150.00. Thats $300 for one hour of work. What a scam, feel they took advantage of the fact I am a single women. Call anyone else but them, they lie very easily.

Matt Hawes from Insight Pest Control did a job for us that we never had done before by other pest companies. He took his time making sure his inspection was right on and he sprayed areas he found that had nests like in the driveway fence line around the house. He also ran the eves and points in the house that needed taken care of. He did a fantastic job I am very satisfied.

Your scheduled appointments are not being honored by the staff in the office. The service technicians show up at your property several hours before your appointments and call you when you are not home, because the office changed your appointment from 4pm to 11am without homeowner’s permission continuously even after the identical previous mistake.Calling an hour ahead doesn’t work when the appointment was for inside the property unless you are expecting the customer to get off our work on emergency leave. This all could be avoided WHEN your appointment time is honored.

I’ve been using Insight for a few years now. First time was at a rundown rental where there was a serious (like coming out of the floorboards and ceilings bad) ant problem as soon as we moved in. Negotiated with the landlord to let me call out an exterminator after months of trying to fix it without success - seriously tried everything. Insight solved the problem within a couple visits.Now my wife and I are first time home owners and when I saw lots of ants on the exterior the first thing I did was call Insight to set up an annual plan. So glad I did because over the summer not only did they stop the ants, they also helped with spiders, got rid of a yellow jacket nest, and now they’ve helped with rats in the attic.All the techs that have been out have been polite and knowledgeable. They’ll treat your house for the pest(s) and also educate you on steps to take to keep the problem from arising again. For example, they can’t treat for fruit flies but the fruit fly problem from hell was solved when the technician noticed a bag of birdseed in our utility room that we were using for an outdoor bird feeder - he said that’s a common breeding ground for fruit flies. Within a couple weeks of removing the bag to an outdoor shed there have been no more fruit flies. Last visit the technician pointed out from a distance a spot on our carport where they suspected rats might be climbing into the attic under some flashing. Sure enough, I climbed up on the ladder to have a look later on and there were droppings all around that area so I sealed it up how the technician recommended.Anyways, it’s a long review but don’t hesitate to set up an appointment with Insight. I also recommend the annual plan because they’ll make quarterly scheduled visits and then come out whenever you need in between if problems arise. It’s not inexpensive but in our situation it has been a bargain, as well as a relief to know we’re covered.

Wow! This pest control company is amazing. All of the technicians are kind and thorough. The product actually works. We had a lot of bugs, including fleas from our dogs and after the first treatment there was a huge difference, after a few treatments I rarely ever see any bugs in our home! Started using Insight about 3 years ago. Had the worst problem with ants. Since I started using their services no ants, they ask everytime if I have ants inside so they can leave traps. Super respectful and cautious about my pets. Would and have recommended this company. Awesome service and reasonable prices.

Harley Lyle was our technician. He arrived on time and explained the services they provide and answered all the questions I had, than went to work. They seem to be more thorough than the last pesticide company I used such as dusting in eaves, knocking down wasp nests & killing them. They treat perimeter of house with spray & sprinkle granules in grass. All is pet friendly but Harley recommended to keep pets off for a few hours just to be cautious. So far, everything sounds good.
