Great little meat shop.

They have meat bundles, sometimes, that are cheap. Like going here every month to get our meat. Great customer service, & cheap prices.

My last beef I took there was returned so bloody my freezer looked like a it was slaughtered and packaged in the same day. They said it hung for 2 weeks. This time my 1” steaks were barely 1/2” thick and so small they could be used in tacos. Very poor quality meat processors. I won’t return. I’ll take my beef to the Butcher Shop.

I had half a hog processed at Zimmermans and my bill for my half was $150.00. I received 126 lbs of meat. They feed me to death and for stuff I didnt order. They did knock of $20.00 after I complained. I still wound up paying more than $1.00 lb for processing. Rubles in Arcadia Valley charged me $120.00 for a whole 300 lb hog last year. I dont think I can afford this place. The packaging was nice.

Prices are fair. Wait list for 1/2 animal is a bit long. People are friendly.

Always fantastic service, fantastic meats, fantastic everything. I only get my meat from here, drive from rolla once or more a month and when I go off to college in Kentucky, Ill for sure have to have someone ship me their stuff.

Very friendly and helpful. They also carry bulk spices, grains, and flours. And for me a big plus is the Trim Heathy Mama items!!
