Had fingerprinting done, I have spacisity which causes stiffness and the person doing the fingerprinting was patient with me when I had trouble relaxing my fingers. In the shop; there were people in line who had been to 3 other stores to ship packages and were able to finally ship from this location. This store finds you the best deal and you choose whether UPS, FED EX or USPS delivers your package. P.S: A very sweet and friendly cat welcomed me when I arrived. She is beautiful and very affectionate.

Gave them a second chance and failed again. The first time took in a FedEx package and the gentleman which I believe is the owners son didn’t even open the door when I was carrying a big box and when I asked if I can get a receipt with the weight on it he refused to do so.when I finally convinced him after explaining why I needed to get the weight in the receipt didn’t care.. after a month I went back this time the mother helped me and again I asked if I can get the weight and making sounds (nagging) she gave me the weight but didn’t bother to ask me if I wanted the receipt so I asked for one and again making sounds she had to do all the hard work of voiding the receipt and doing another one but guess what no weight on it... bad service .. not patient..is not like there was tons of people there .. NEVER EVER GOING BACK

Really friendly folks. Came here for fingerprinting and they got me in right away.

They lost my package and they told me that they were not responsible for it. I have to pay now $400 out of pocket, thanks to their poor management.

A local family run business where I have had a mail box since the 1990s. You get an actual street address for receiving packages from all the shippers. Services I frequently use at the The Other Mail Service include faxing, notary, and shipping. The customer service and attention to detail is excellent.

Went there in late 2014 to get fingerprinted for my job as a caregiver. I had a cast on my left hand & arm. Was not easy to get my pinky print and I was gonna have to wait for the cast to come off to complete fingerprints. The lady that helped me was patient and worked every avenue possible. She got the job done and I didnt have to come back (2 months) after cast came off. Great place, loved the cat..

Great place . People were so helpful and offer many servuces. I used Notary services and they offer mail boxes open 24 hrs so you can retrieve mail at your convince.

Really nice customer service. They ship for usps, ups & fedex that I know of. I noticed today that their website makes it look like their mail boxes are new style yet they are old style. In the office though it is all electronic scales tied to touch screen computer showing itemized transactions. Yet they continue tracking each mail box renter on a 3x5 card. You are not just a number to this business owner, you are a valued customer.

VERY RUDE mother son team. Didnt acknowledge me when I walked in or say 1 min or anything.. werent helpful, didnt even tell me when they were done with me and I could leave. Dumb little operation.

Nice place, very small and crowded inside but the lady who helped me was pleasant, was in and out quickly, their pet cat was the icing on the cake though :)
