This company has been relaying to my friend that his crate of figures will arrive for two and a half months, yet it still has not shipped. Theyre constantly telling him that they will get a shipment every time he calls, which is every two weeks. What is even more frustrating is that the Canadian in him is keeping him from getting satisfaction and a quick resolution. Well, Im not Canadian and so Im putting this negative review up. While their customer service is cordial, to constantly lie about a status of an order is unprofessional and dishonest.Just ship the item or give him something of more value than is what was originally ordered. What is even more frustrating is that he ordered another item and that particular item is also delayed. Honestly, not sure if Im more annoyed at the company or him for ordering another item. Actually, if the company just shipped I wont be annoyed at either one. Stop exploiting his Canadian niceness and just ship the items.

They list things on their website as in stock and will ship in a day, but after you order and they dont ship for a week you have to ask them (they dont proactively reach out to the customer) what is going on with your order and they then say it is oversold. Then when they dont ship by the date they stated yet again you have to ask them over and over and over and over and over and over when you order will be shipping just to be told two weeks every time. Meanwhile they continue to list the oversold item as available and will ship in a day. Weeks and weeks later I still have no product, but it will be shipping in two weeks

I made many phone calls, no answer. I made hundreds of emails of where is my order or can I get a refund I get lies every reply... in a few of the email replies.... the store address is fake, its a rented out space that he likely lost a long time, he ships with a return address coming from a rented PO box. he uses a fake name for email replies. I had to find out his real name and the place where this guy lives with his family to get my money back after over +1 years of complaining to the guy with no serious response.

Seems to have a problem with fulfillment and keeping promises. They did refund my money after I filed a dispute with PayPal.

5 17 2018 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SELLER!!! Horrible experience, one of the worst sellers Ive ever come across. Preordered item and the seller promised continually to deliver. 7 months later and finally Ive had enough, cant say I wasnt patient. Asked for a refund. Seller says they would refund with a check even though I paid with paypal. Check never arrives. Im currently going to have to go through my bank to recover the funds because paypal only covers a dispute for 180 days, despite the fact seller kept promising delivery. My bank assures me they can recover the money but it will take some time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SELLER!!! You should never have to go through so many problems to get a vendor to return your money. I also had other orders from this seller that I had to have paypal get my money back from after deciding I would rather not deal with this sort of business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SELLER!!!

DONT ORDER HERE. I had to threaten to get my lawyer involved to get my refund check sent to me.The excuse was always the same sorry, its backordered. Well get it in 2 to 3 weeksNope - never got it

Very dishonest service excuse after excuse after excuse about why my items did not arrive.Eventually got my money back after many, many emails when they had completely driven me to frustration .Beware you are likely to get very poor shoddy Service and in most cases you are more likely to win the lottery than to receive your order right 1st time if at all.

Use to order from them years back but wow, the last few times have been horrible with getting my stuff and one time not getting my stuff at all. Really bad customer service.
