I was recommended to this gym from a friend last January for a glute and core slider class. I fell in love with the class it’s self and Mah-Ann instruction but also how welcomed I was made to feel. I have now continued with regular weight training classes that are not redundant and keeps my body guessing as to what’s coming next! If you want a great class, with awesome results and someone that will kick you into gear!!! You need to come here! It’s the best decision in a gym I have ever made and because I really enjoy the class and atmosphere.. I keep coming back for more!! 💪

I gotta thank Mah-Ann for being such an awesome down to earth coach. She really pays attention to the way your lifting weights properly without injurying yourself. When i first came to her a couple years ago, my knees were so bad and i couldnt even do a situp without it hurting my tailbone. Today i am so much stronger and i owe it all to her. I no longer have issues with my tailbone and my knees are strong and dont ache at all. Thank you for believing in me and pushing me to my limits.
