They have many services they offer plus it acts as a polling during voting to drop off your ballots.

For a call center its a good place to work with most of the customers nice to deal with.But as a technology company there software programs are slow and not customer friendly. One of the programs has an alphabetical drop down that is ridiculous. Whoever put that together never had an office job. Their billing software is also a joke. Billing doesnt go through and its not customers fault. Lots of calls about getting cut off for 14.00 and being embarrassed by their clients when its not their info but the companys billing that is in error. You would think we were in the beginning of software programming with this company. Its just very ironic they call themselves a technoligy company
