What a relief to discover Happy Tubs in Salem, MA. Our jetted tub worked erratically and finally quit. The Happy Tubs website was great. They encourage a variety of options for communication to enable a clear explanation of the situation. Brian responded quickly and was very helpful. Once I decided to proceed he gave me the option of doing the repair a month later or that very afternoon! I chose the latter and Arnold appeared. He was outstanding. He diagnosed the situation and replaced the pump and switch which he had brought with him. His work was clean and neat and efficient. He was experienced and in only an hour and a half, all the work was done.I highly recommend them for any tub repair.

My bathtub developed a crack right in the middle. Of the contractors that bothered to call back only Happy Tubs had an option that didn’t involve replacing the entire tub.They asked for pictures, gave me a quote and showed up on time to the appointment.I can use my tub again and I didn’t have to go through the cost and hassle of replacing it.I now have a Happy Tub :-)

Miguel and Dan were amazing - professional, neat, friendly, flexible, punctual, really just perfect to work with. And Muguels work on the crack in our tub was incredible! Another company had come and painted a sloppy layer on the bottom of our tub that started chipping right away. Miguel ground down the area with the crack and repaired it, and it is nearly invisible. Amazing! If you need help with your tub, you are in the right place!

Dan came into a difficult situation: we had another glazer screw up our farm style kitchen sink. He went above and beyond to come up with creative solutions. Flexible and dependable, Id use him again.

Dan is fantastic!! He showed up the same day and the color match was spot on. After completion I noticed a small defect and he was literally at my house 2 hours later fix it.The tub is spotless now. You would never know that while installing shower doors the idiot owner drilled a hole, in a perfectly good cast iron tub, in the wrong spot. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend East Coast Tubs for these types of repairs!!

When I dropped a shampoo bottle while taking a shower and it cracked the bottom of the tub I was understandably upset. The quotes I got to replace it were in the $2000 range and no one was able to do it right away. What am I supposed to do, not take showers for 2 weeks? I started to look for alternatives and who knew, apparently you can repair bathtubs!It only took a few minutes to realize that there arent many choices when it comes to this sort of thing. The first two people I called said they could do it but theyd have to paint my entire bathtub and I wouldnt be able to use it for 48 hours and it would be about $500.Thankfully my third call was to Dan at East Coast Tubs. He was able to come fix it the very next day and a few hours later I couldnt even see where the crack had been! I joked that at $200 I can afford to break it 9 more times, lol!Super happy with the service, I would definitely recommend!
