Completely biased and corrupt. They favor the state and are on its side. I am floored by their ignorance and incompetence. If I could rate them a zero star, I would. Dont bother timely filing by fax with these Yahoos. Dont bother using sound analytical reasoning or case law in your arguments. They wont even follow their OWN rules or acknowledge their own case law! Complete jerks these guys... Everything you say can and will be used against you.
