My grandson came home from daycare with lice, our first idea was to shave his head and buy a lice kit from the store to apply to his head. I am so thankful I found lice clinic of America and used their services instead of trying to do it at home. The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely informative and helpful. He call in two of his clinicians to get us in that same evening. The ladies that came in and stayed late to remove and treat my grandsons lice were the best, we actually had a super fun night and learned a lot. They were able to treat my grandson for lice (it’s been 2 weeks and no return of any lice nor has anyone else gotten them) and checked our entire family for lice, luckilyIt gave me peace of mind to be educated, checked out and treated by professionals.Should we ever have the little bugs again I will be back at the Lice Clinic of America!

Jenna and Ryan were sooo great. Made us feel so much better gave us a lot of great advice and helpful information. They did not make us feel weird cause let’s face it it’s not the best situation to be in 😭 I will always recommend them worth EVERY penny. Do yourself a favor and call them as soon as you see a nit in your kiddo’s hair. The tech at the Vancouver, WA location was so kind and so knowledgeable and the clinic was spotless and modern. They were able to get us in only 2 hrs after I called yesterday. I checked my daughter this morning and her head is lice free. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. They saved me from my worst nightmare, (literally).

My kids and I were treated there. About 2 months later I find one of my girls is covered in eggs and has bugs. We havent been around anyone that has it. We have treated everything in the house. I didnt pay over $500 just to have to redo it again in 2 months.This part is in reply to your reply to my post. It would have been within the 30 days if my girls would have said something. Between my work schedule and everything else I dont have time to do every day checks. As for you that you sent me the rinse for free cuz we had family members that had lice that were not treated no we did not have anyone that was not treated. We had treated everyone and had to redo it. Which 1 bottle of that rinse was not enough. I had to buy more of it off of Amazon and a comb to use for it. You saying that you offered to help and that I refused it. No you offered for us to come back to your office and have it redone but your office is 2hrs from us so that is a 4hr round trip that we dont have the gas money for so yes I declined on that. The only other way you offered to help was to send the rinse for me to do it myself which you sent and I used plus had to get more and a comb to use with it.

The lady that checked my son and I hair was outstanding her personality is so bubbly and amazing customer service skills. she makes you feel comfortable for being there and she never once complained about my son running around. Overall my experience there was great walked out with happy news. I will definitely recommend this place to people I know.

Super friendly staff! They don’t make you feel gross for having lice!! Would definitely recommend to anyone! It’s way easier than doing it yourself and less time consuming. Worth the money! Plus it’s guaranteed!

We worked with Jenna and she was so helpful and reassuring that everything would be okay. The clinic is fully equipped for kiddos with Netflix, music, comfy chairs and toys. Jenna was accommodating and so patient with my daughter. I walked away with such a great experience and so incredibly happy this clinic exists.

Traveling from Eugene to Salem to the Lice Clinic was absolutely time and money well spent. It was worth every penny! Amanda was professional, kind and super thorough. She is a life saver! This company was very knowledgeable and helpful when our children brought home lice from school. I was in a panic to get rid of it, and the lice did not respond to Rid. Lice clinics got us in right away and the clinician was professional and informed. After this treatment, we have only found one egg on our daughters head, and nothing alive. Our daughter has thick curly hair, so that is a success!! I was so glad for professional help in getting through this experience.

Awesome people. It was a free egg hunt clinic day we went in. Busy but they got to you in a timely manner. The manager even helped a mother out while her hair was being done and carried her baby around to entertain her.
