Excellent service! Jared went above and beyond in repairing my laptop. I took it in on Monday and he had it back up and running late in the afternoon the same day! (He also helped me to add programs back onto my laptop. I appreciated that he talked me through it, teaching me how to do it). In addition, his price was very reasonable (especially for all that he did). I highly recommend that you contact him - especially if you end up with the blue screen of death.

Purchased a better than new heavy duty laptop with upgraded 500 GB SSD, I5 chip, Windows 10, extended battery, + disk drive to play movies or CDs on the road. Awesome value!
