Requested a free quote for a simple bathtub replacement. Nothing fancy. The lowest quality bath tub with the standard add ons... nothing extra. Cheapest quote we got was $7400 for a TUB/SHOWER. This was a simple standard size shower/tub.Was told if we signed the contract on the spot it would be $6200.. pressuring. Not a good experience nor is that good customer service.The tech that came to give us a quote was nice and respectful.. became rude and had an attitude when we said the quote was not affordable and we weren’t interested. He reminded us how far away he lived several times.. basically thanking us for a wasted trip.He was wearing shoe covers and a mask due to COVID which was nice... after leaving he threw the shoe covers in the road in front of our house. Will never recommend this company 1. It is outrageous 2. They dog & talk down about other companies. 3. They are rude when you do not choose them.They also compare rates of “total bathroom make overs in the area” which is the WHOLE bathroom to make it look like their prices are so competitive. I got a quote for our whole bathroom from a reputable contractor with great reviews for the simple price of what they would charge for a tub only. Insane.

Everything with our experience with bath fitter was great. Right from the honesty of the salesman to the professionalism of the installer was a joy. We really love our new shower and all the accessories.

I was impressed that Bath Fitter measured once for my walk in tube and then they sent another person to measure again to insure that the measurement was correct. The service technician who installed the tub was thorough. He met with me after the installation to discuss aspects of the new shower and recommendations for cleaning.

I had the claw foot into a shower very professional and installed and cleaned area. Installer showed me how to cleam and work the shower. On time and finish in a good time. The staff was nice and helpful

Fantastic place to contact about inhouse bathroom remodeling. They do everything they say they will do and are super pleasant to work with and be around. The manager Josh is one of the most likable people I have ever met and really has a knowledge for his job. Extremely recommended.

We had Bath Fitter install a new tub over our old one and we could not be happier. The installer knew what he was doing and clearly explained the operation of the controls, the cleaning procedure, and the warranty. The finished product looks and functions great.

I have always wanted a full shower, and now I have a great looking one! The price was very fair, the sales visit was pleasant, and the work was exceptional (2 days!). The installer (a Bath Fitter employee - A. G.) left the place cleaner than it was when he arrived. I have been showing my new shower to anyone who wants to see it. :-) I also had a new tub installed a few weeks ago, by this same company, and it is also extremely nice. One note, that installation was with a different installer (also a Bath Fitter employee - Michael), and he was awesome as well, again leaving a very clean bathroom behind. Two different installers for two jobs, and both were great to deal with; thats batting a thousand! Thank you, Bath Fitter!

Things were slow getting started due to all of the pandemic effects, but once they got here my old tub/shower was out, and the new walk-in shower was done by the end of the workday!
