The stylist who cut my hair, Christina, not only did a less than desirable job of cutting my hair but actually denied my son a haircut because he got scared and began to cry inside the store. She did not even offer to show me what the back or sides of my hair looked like when she finished cutting it. She also seemed to be trying to scrape the flesh off my neck when using her precision trimmer. My experience here sucked and I would not recommend this shop to anyone nor do I plan to go back.

Do not go to this place I literally just got a haircut from there and the lady was just so slow and was kind of moping around also she cut my hair shorter then I it needed to be and plus she left a patch on the back of my head so if you think about going to this place think again because this place is honestly the worst company to get a haircut!!!

The weighting list to get a haircut is a list 3 to 4 hours and that for me is a long time ... especially if I need it fast or Im in a rush

You can pay $20 for a haircut anywhere, but you can get a shampoo, scalp massage, hot towel, AND a superb haircut here for less than $30. I have been going to this location since they opened and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Worth every penny.

Great haircut at a good price. My hair stylist was friendly and professional. She did a very good job and was one of my better haircuts Ive had. I had been to this location once before. I had a similarly good experience that time as well, which encouraged me to go back. If you havent been to Sport Clips before, I would recommend. They have a multitude of TVs playing live sports viewable from every hair cut station. Getting the shampoo, hot towel, and head massage service is always worth the few extra dollars. They also will trim and clean up your facial hair. Despite being bearded, I havent taken advantage of this service, as Ive gotten pretty good at doing it myself.

Been going to this place for 5/6 years. The last several times I have been pretty unhappy with the haircut. Uneven cut, missed sections, etc. Haven’t decided if I’ll go back or not. Their online check in/ wait list is really convenient.

They keep a record of how your hair was cut last time, very practical. You can change or modify how you want the cut done. Courteous and friendly.

Had my hair cut here several times now. Has a great sports vibe, all the staff are awesome here, and you have to try the MVP haircut (the shampoo and scalp massage is incredible!). This place is awesome for kiddos, and great for adults; you will always leave here looking, and feeling, like your best self!

Been her 3 times they screwed up all three times. Uneven haircuts, to wild with the clippers and will screw up the edge of your beard every time. One side is cut way lower then the other due to the stylists lack of control with the clippers. Not worth the money had better results at greatclips.

I love the professionalism of the manager Tracy. She really created one of the only Sport Clips I will use. Tracy really does a great job as do her staff. I appreciate the cleanliness as well as the MVP.

Ive been going here for about 2 years. Ive always had a great result. Call ahead, get on the list, and the wait isnt too long. All the stylists are friendly and know their stuff. Today, Whitney gave me a great cut and educated me about my hair. Great place!

Whitney has always gone above and beyond with my husbands haircuts. He has difficult crazy hair and she is always so nice and helpful. We plan on coming back for many years to come! Request her if you can and its WORTH THE WAIT

Checked in online, showed up on time. I am on deck then I Literally watched one of the employees take someone from the bottom of the list and put him in front of me. Now I have a 25 minute wait even though I checked in online. This will absolutely be my last time here, I check in online because I can’t take 2 hours to wait and get a haircut.

Alina cut my hair the last time I was in and she did a great job! i love my haircut and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend going to Alina if you want great customer service and a professional haircut.

Called and asked if walk ins were acceptable and the lady on the phone said yes but I wouldn’t be able to get in and to hop on at 10 in the morning to check in.... so they are or aren’t acceptable?

Ive been getting my haircut here for several years. They get busy in the afternoon and weekends so I would suggest going in as early as you can.

Errin is the best! She cut my husbands hair perfectly. She is a pro. Use the online app to schedule ahead and tou wont need to wait too long.

Most ridiculous lousy service ever! The web site online check in sucks and doesn’t work most of the time, then I drive across town sign in and supposed to have an 85 minute wait... too long, but I decided to grab lunch to make the wait go by.... I eat lunch walk back over after being gone for 30 minutes and now my new wait time is 115 minutes..... Are You Kidding me?!? How the hell can you do that.... Oh we’re sorry, Whitney bumped someone in front of you!

Ive been getting my haircut here now for awhile. The price kinda expensive but I get the MVP every time which is a wash with hot towel on your face. I dont like that people can check in on there app. So if your a walk in you can sit there for over an hour before your turn.

I recently got a cut here, at first I was rather unsatisfied from the result and general lack of effort the stylist put into cutting my hair. ( I was also rather disappointed she threw a bunch of product in my hair without asking so i couldnt even tell what the final result was.) When I returned the next day to complain about my goofy looking hair the first employee I encountered was named Emily. Without hesitation or charging me anything additional Emily fixed the mess the previous stylist had created. Due to Emily I will be returning to this location.

I was so so pleased with my experience at great clips today. My son is 1 and a half and needed his first hair cut. I wanted to go to little Angels hair salon but when I called they were booked 3 weeks out! And my little one needed a cut today. So I just went to the closest place by my house. There was a little bit of a wait. By the time they called me my little gage was asleep! They put us both in the chair while I held him and christina took her time and slowly cut his hair with scissors as he slept on me. It was an amazing experience its been months since he fell asleep on me so my heart was full. He did wake up towards the end but christina was great and finished what needed to be done. With a squirmy baby. They were even super supportive of me pausing their sweeping up at the end so I could take pics of his curly hair on the floor. I also got a first haircut little postcard and some of his little curls were put in a zip lock with it. Im so happy! my little man looks so much more comfortable. Thank you sports lips for making this hair cut happen at a totally affordable price. I appreciate it. Kudos. 😁

I have been there before and I had a good experience before but this time was just bad. The hairstylist had no interest in doing a good job at all! It looks like she was hungover. She shaved my sides and just cut a little bit on top. Then said done ! That was like 3 mins! I asked her if she even did the top? It wasnt even even! I said to her look is not even and she made a noise, I think she saidok or something, not really sure. You can tell she didnt give a crap. She cut here and there, it looked crappy. Then she said, I think, how about now?, I am not the type to make a scene and to ask to speak with the manager so I just said, yeah that is fine, got up and paid $19 for the worse haircut Ive had in years. No way I will go back to that place.

Was given a ticket for a free haircut for new customers at the ballon festival. So i came to the salem store because its where i live when i went there they were having a special so they said i couldnt use it because they couldnt do a double discount so i ended up paying full price 25 bucks. They said i could use the free haircut the next time. I am here today and they say that they cant do that and the only thing they could do is take 5 dollars off i am already here so ill get the haircut since its a little ways away from my place. They ended up calling the owner or something and they waived my haircut. I appreciated that but still unsure if i will come back
