My car started overheating while I was in Salem. I pulled into the nearest service station. Even though they were busy ~ they took the time to check out my vehicle and report what needed to be fixed and that I shouldn’t drive it home to Ipswich. They charged a minimal fee for this. If I lived closer ~ I would have let them do the work it needed. They are trustworthy.

Great Service and reasonable prices.

Took my car for an inspection and an oil change. Couple of lights needed replacing, no big deal.I end up standing outside for an hour and a half waiting for everything to get done. They complete two other inspections during this time.Eventually after an hour I end up standing outside the garage just watching them chat around my car and not actually working on it.When they finally remember my car I ask if it usually takes this long; inspections take about 15 minutes, oil change about 30-45.Ok, cool, so why was I there for almost double that time???Used to like this place, never coming back.

Will only bring my car for an inspection sticker here!! I totally trust this place and they dont fool around with added stuff you dont need!! Oh and by the way the CHEAP gas doesnt hurt either!!

After a bad experience at a dealership service station, I took my car to Spiros. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they were able to get it done and take care of everything I needed. It was also well priced and the staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.

Hands down the MOST HONEST GARAGE/REPAIR SHOP. STEVE IS ALWAYS MY GO TOO. I wont take my car anywhere else--- unless its a repair only the make of your vehicle has to fix. I have a push start ( hate it BTW) and when my car wouldnt shut off Honda had to fix it

Nice folks, respectful and good customer service. But it seems everytime I take my car to be inspected there (which is not often) there is some minor issue like a windshield wiper that had apparently left a streak on windshield but saw no evidence of them using windshield cleaner to test wipers so I go away wondering how that works.

I always feel my vechile gets the best service at more than fare prices. Ive had bad experiences with other shops overcharging me for subpar work, but I always feel confident about the work that Spiros does on my vechile.

Went to have my inspection done. According to them my plate light was out. Charged me $10 to fix it. Ok i wouldnt care if i hadnt checked it out myself before and knew everything was working. And why did i check it out myself? Because a month ago i took my wifes car to get inspected and was told the same thing. Her plate light was out and it would be $10 to fix it. Needless to say i will not be going back to this place.

Great family owned shop and gas station. Theyve been in the business for years and are knowledgeable about the vehicles Ive brought for service and inspection stickers. Theyre quick and theyve always answered my questions about issues Ive had, even when one repair was under warranty at the dealership. They still helped me get the answer I needed quickly and Id highly recommend anyone to visit if in need of a repair for their vehicle!

The past reviews with people wanting to bring in their own parts is ridiculous, this place is the best place to go in the area. Needed a tire fixed, explained my options perfectly and also walked me through how they were going to fix it. This place is a joke. They failed my car inspection for lisence plate lights which I understand needs to be fixed. BUT instead of offering to do these they just said no you failed for safety and sent me on my way. It took me 2 minutes to change these myself and I will never return. Poor customer service. Very poor.

Nice guys. Great service and experience. Anyone posting bad reviews because they want to bring their own parts and have the mechanics install them doesnt understand business at all. How is a mechanic supposed to stand behind a part you ordered off the Internet for pennies, install said part, and if something goes wrong hes the bad guy. Come on people.

Ive been going to Spiros for years. Moved from Marblehead to Boston and wouldnt think of going anywhere else. Very professional, honest and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Totally rude. I had a headlight bulb I needed to replace and lacked the tools to remove the car battery which was in the way. I stopped in to ask how much itd cost for them to install the bulb. Guy flat out refused to do it unless I bought another bulb from him saying, you go to restaurant, you no bring steak, do you? He may not be aware that auto mechanics and restaurants are completely different industries.

Had a nail on tire went here and they took care of it fast.

Writing this review on the day I received my car back to thank Spiros Energy for their service! Prior to seeing them, I had replaced the oxygen sensors on my Honda at a different service station but the engine light came on shortly and was told that the cars computer needed replacing. But Spiros Energy managed to fix the problem professionally. I dealt with Vassilios (thank you for being there!!!). He checked the engine light, diagnosed and tested the oxygen sensor and wiring then removed and replaced them with Bank 1 sensor and 2 down stream oxygen sensor. Vassilios was quick enough to realize the problem wasnt the computer but most likely the wrong sensor was installed that didnt communicate well with the cars computer. He took care of everything! Thank you again!

This starts out with the guy giving me hand signals to get out of the car so i go to hand him my reg and he shakes his head to say no you get out and i will drive your car in....This all being done with hand sign langauge.................... Really spiros 1997 cadillac eldorado two door sedan rear seat belt had a hard time????it needed a little more push then you OBVIOUSLY werent able to provide so there for i will accept the loss of 35$ because i refuse to do buisness with stupid arrogant ignorant people and will get a sticker else where after i clipped the seatbelt myself when i got home with a little tap and it works fine windshield washer wasnt squirting CORRECTLY but was working it was a plastic nipple missing OOPS didnt need washer fluid this winter....NEVER AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR YOUR ISIS FUEL................

Worst customer service ever just called asking for a quote told the guy i had my own part, he said they dont work with customer parts, these people just want to over charge you for their own parts, DO NOT GO TO THEM
