This morning we woke up to a flat tire. After calling for assistance, they showed up quickly (within about 30 minutes of calling) and the driver Travis was fantastic. Super friendly and very helpful. I was extremely happy with everything and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Good experiences here so far. I do like how the people that staff the front desk know about vehicles and are able to explain things. Took my car here to get an alignment and they were better prices than Les Schwab.

PEACE OF MIND, PURCHASED HERE.Last year, I bought a very specifically chosen car that I later found out, had been poorly and infrequently maintained. I then chose the WRONG shop to try and address an oil leak that I had discovered. That shop and rll?5 then admittedly broke and messed things up on my car, too numerous to name here.In frustrated desperation, I chose P&M, called them and told them my sob story, asking for a professional diagnosis of my current situation.P&M was thorough, honest, explained everything that they found and WHY they were suggesting an ENGINE REPLACEMENT.I am so grateful that I found P&M, so that I DONT have to worry about getting excellent and thorough service that is RELIABLE and trustworthy, as well as being performed within a reasonable amount of time.

P&M was the tow company called out by AAA when my tire exploded on I-5 last week and I was driving a dealership loaner that was missing the lock nut to change the tire. Travis was our tow truck driver and not only was he extremely quick (AAA said it would be 3 hours, he got there in 14 minutes) but he was so friendly and so helpful. My wife and I were super frustrated because of the missing lock nut but his kindness, patience, and calming demeanor made the whole interaction really positive.He was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever worked with, give this man a well deserved raise!

Excellent service- My van broke down in a grocery store lot with serveral kids inside on a hot, Sunday afternoon of a 3-day weekend. Called many, many tow trucks through my insurance and they were either working or not available to tow me. Called Omar through AAA. He was at the lot within 30 mins and was wonderful to work with. Very highly recommend.

When the battery on my Vespa went dead I contacted AAA. They contacted P&M for roadside service. I had to return home and later drive out to meet the person the sent. Travis, their tow truck operator was knowledgeable and professional. He figured out the most practical and least intrusive way to help. He gave my scooter a quick battery jump and followed me back to my house where I dropped it off. Next he drove me back to my car. The whole process was quick. Travis followed Covid Safety Protocol, we both wore our masks during the ride back. He was personable and helpful. AAA insurance paid for everything. Based on my experience, P&M is a very reliable company and I recommend them for this type of service.

After hearing many good things within the local Mini society, I brought mine in for a regular oil change/ code reading, found the mechanics to be helpful and they addressed all my concerns. Upon looking at my engine compartment after the service, I noticed there was still tons of sand all over it from me going to the desert about a month before, probably none got into my engine when the service was done but a blowout would have been nice. The price seemed to be relative in comparison to the Mini dealership but they back their parts/ service for 3 years so its worth it for the most part and saves a longer drive.

Travis came in 40 minutes ahead of schedule, towed our vehicle safely across town and dropped the keys with our mechanic. We really appreciated him coming quickly so we could get our kids car to the shop before it closed. Thanks again Travis!

Have used P&M a few times in the last few years. They have always been friendly, explain things in great detail, call with what the technician has inspected and what they think should be done, have never tried to pressure a repair, will sometimes even recommend waiting on something until a few service intervals later! Seem to charge a bit less than the local dealership for similar repairs, from numbers Ive gathered. But the real selling point has been the professional and knowledgeable staff Ive interacted with. I hope they continue treating everyone with the honesty, respect, and integrity I feel Ive experienced. We have enough places that try to upsell, overcharge, recommend unnecessary procedures, etc. Continue being a business with integrity and honesty! And thanks for todays service!

He was very experienced and inch by inch put my oversized truck onto the trailer. I had to go to an emergency animal hospital with our cat, Max, who was wheezing and sneezing. While we were waiting outside the building I wanted to turn on the radio and discovered that my car battery was dead. I call AAA and P&M sent Cody to us to check and/or replace my battery. SO much more info than the previous company. Based on what I learned, I decided to buy a new battery. He had a battery in his truck and installed it on the spot! Not only were they able to fit me into their Saturday schedule last minute, they also did such a great and thorough inspection on my potential vehicle. Called AAA for a blowout on the hottest day of the summer. car was so low my jack couldnt fit under it. My Car was stolen and then recovered across town at the thiefs property. I called my AAA insurance and they sent out TRAVIS from P&M Automotive with a flat bed tow truck. He was very quick and helpful and arrived at my house(where I had the car towed) in a very short time after loading it at the other location. He set it down perfectly where I needed it and he gave me several references for possible mechanics or autobody repair shops that deal with my older Acura. My car did get damaged by the thief and is missing its hood now. Again, TRAVIS was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and competent in all his duties towing my car from point A to B. Travis came to help us replace a tire that had lost tread on the hwy. He was very kind and professional the whole time. The tire was changed quick and he made a suggestion that we don’t drive on the hwy with our spare because it was old and referred us to a tire shop where we were able to get a new tire at a great price.
