Great repair shop. Over the years, I have been to a few. I will never go any place else. The were reliable. They told me what was going on every day. The car was ready on the day they said it would be. They cleaned my car and buffed out scratches in places that was not their responsibility. I have used them now three times. They were great each and every time.

Caliber Collision is a place of professionalism and excellent customer service. Once taking the vehicle for an estimate of repairs, receiving repairs to picking it up they provided updates regularly the entire time and knowledgeable about the details of work needed.I appreciated their friendly spirit, honesty and getting me through the process of repairing my vehicle. Not to mention they had services available so I could leave my rental vehicle without me waiting for Enterprise to come pick it back up. I was in/out of there from picking up my car within 10 minutes. This is definitely highly appreciated because I had to travel back home to rest for work that night.I highly recommend Caliber Collision for one of the best places to repair your vehicle with exceptional services.

Gary is extra cool. my car has minor damage, they accept USAA. progessive insurance has to get adjuster involved. great experience and car damage take your vehicles to them.

Once the assignment was made by USAA to the Caliper Collision Amber stayed in contact with me to get the car moved to shop. Once at the shop Jeff was professional and showed great empathy to my situation. He stayed in constant contact providing updates. I couldn’t be happier with his customer service.

Caliber Collison in salem is AMAZING ! I was tboned back in july, the wreck bent the subframe up and caused an insane amount of damage. I was without my car for a little over a month, this might seem long to some, but to me It doesnt matter as long as my car was fixed and done correctly . I got my car back today and it honestly drives better than it did when I first got it !!! I want to especially thank Jeff, Scott, Corey, Amber and literally anyone else who took time out of their day to get my car fixed and back to me, I will be back for any of my other car needs !THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH !

This is the second time I have used Caliber for repairs. They make the whole experience as hassle free as possible and even arranged for my rental car and dealt with the insurance company.My car was done quicker than estimated and the repairs were perfect. I was honestly going to accept my loss with bringing them my business but even months after the fact I still find thing wrong with my car or just poorly done on their end. To start off with my neighbor had accidentally hit my car a few months ago so I searched around for places to have it fixed and this caliber was the one I ended up choosing because they had good reviews for Audi and VW and I drive a BMW so I thought it made sense. While they did a great job on the paint the severe lack of detail everywhere else is the reason for this review. The trim on the side of the windows is poorly seated from where they replaced my door, upon inspection of the bottom of the door I found that the plastic wasn’t even clipped to the actual door and left to hang loose, every once in a while when it rains hard I will get a drop or two of rain come out of the window only on the door they replaced, the locking mechanism only on the door they replaced makes the weirdest noise when locking the car, and lastly when I had first brought my car to them I had told them I had a speaker that was now working very poorly and said that it needed to be replaced as it was a part of the accident (given the speaker was almost exactly where the accident happened and worked fine before) and upon telling the man working there he told me that I’d essentially have to compromise on what was really necessary to be fixed. While this should’ve been my first red flag I stayed the course with them due to time constraints and had to take it back to them multiple times for them to replace speakers after the fact just for them to find out they’d been replacing the wrong one and that the damaged speaker in question was actually under the seat on the side that had been hit and that now they couldn’t do anything to fix it. Honestly they just sent me through a hassle and made this entire experience very stressful. Like I said in the beginning I wasn’t originally going to leave a bad review but instead just take my losses although every time I see something wrong it just becomes more and more evident that this review is needed. As stated previously the paint work was amazing but the insane lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and all around utter incompetence leads me to advise anyone thinking of bringing their car here to think again. If you want it to look good again then fine bring it to them but if this is a car you actually care about stay far away from this place!Edit: After responding to my review with an email to “address my concerns” I promptly responded and have had no reply for 4 days which is about as much as I excepted from this sorry business.

They are professional, on time, quick at calling back, just perfect. They called me as soon as I filed the claim, and did exactly what they said they would do.

Some of the best and most professional people you will ever deal with. Their work is top quality and they will go above and beyond to make you happy. Somehow, they manage to make a very difficult situation better again with the least amount of stress possible. Their management is clearly trying to set the highest standards for customer service. They provide frequent text updates and allow you to speak with the manager any time you ask. This is the first body shop that has offered to pay for an additional week for my rental car because one of its managers with an eagle eye made them repaint one of my doors to meet his standards of perfection.

The price was fair, the service was great, and the people are fantastic. From start to finish they were honest and open. They have my trust.

Im so disappointed when I check my car just now after 3 months. I trusted you guys to put everything back in place. Anyhow, I went to caliber collision on Nov 14, 2019 to fix the hood and the siding of my car because my car was hit by a deer. In fairness, everything was fixed like the color. The only I dont want is the way they put back the car hood. There is a space on between and some screws are not tightened up. Im hoping this is still covered and still fix this one.

Great customer service, mediocre repairs. Service was fantastic however, my repairs were only moderately resolved. When i picked up my car the paint damage to the side of my car was still visable after they buffed it out. Now there are additional scuff marks from the buffer that wont come out despite multiple details.

Caliber took great care of my vehicle. I took her in for some deer damage and they got her looking like it never happened. With Geico and Caliber all my needs were met. Thanks bunches.

Great automobile body shop in Salem. I have my van, Honda Odyssey 2016 repaired and replaced passenger doors there. They did a perfect job. My car looks new again with pearl white paint totally matched as it just come out from Honda manufacturer. Highly recommended.

I took my car here twice for two separate incidents (2016 & 2017). The first time was fine if a little slow. The second time they said the prior work was done poorly not realizing they had done the work. When I produced the records stating they had worked on the car originally, all of a sudden my car was totaled. Coincidental? I dont know, but Ill never do business here again.

Believe me if I could rate less than 1 star I would. We had a terrible experience with these guys and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.My car unfortunately got backed into and so we opted to take it here to get it “FIXED”. Did that happen?! No not really. Long story short we had to take the car back to them 3 different times to get stuff fixed that should have been fixed the first time. The side that they “fixed” still has problems to this day. Claim to be the best of the best.....HAHA Yeah....OK.Do not take your car here.

These guys made my baby look like new again! I didnt have a lot of damage, but I had two separate insurance claims to fix my bumper and both front quarter panels. Kevin was extremely helpful and explained the entire process through each insurance company (Geico & State Farm). I have a 2008 Honda Accord and my insurance wanted to use an after-market bumper. When it came in, Kevin decided it didnt fit right and ordered an OEM Honda bumper so that my car looked like it had never been repaired! I will use them for any work I need done in the future.

The West Salem Collision Center is a well run organization and with few exceptions is one of the best customer oriented businesses I have dealt with in many years. Everyone I dealt with from the owners down to the young man who detailed my car was concerned that I was satisfied with a job well done. With this in mind, a special mention must be made of Robert Kaplan who handled the paper work on my insurance claim. Mr Kaplan went above and beyond the call of duty to see that my insurance was handled properly. He cut through the red tape to assure that my dealings with West Salem Collision was a memorable experience. The memorable experience was further enhanced when it became time to pick up my car. The repair work was stellar and the young man who detailed my car after the repairs made it look as good as it did when it came off the show room floor.
