They were awful to deal with. They couldnt even get the car to the front of the building and made a handicapped person walk all the way around the outside of the building to get her car. Then she found damage to her vehicle from them!!

I pick up and deliver damaged vehicles to IAA as a contracted vendor, nice people that work in the yard very friendly and helpful, especially Vicky in the office

This place have horrible customer service. Ive called and let the represent know that I dont get out from work until 5pm. The representative never took the time to inform their customers that the yard hours will be close by 4:30pm. Therefore, on a Monday evening after found a ride to pick up my belonging. Thats when I learn of the yard being closed. Which mean I could not pick up my belong and only waste more time on my process with my insurance company. Another issue with this place. They even mess up on picking my car. Only made me wonder how this company process their paperworks and how mess up their ethic. Bottom line, this place horrible and bad to do business with. Only waste more of my time and they dont understand client service.

Terrible staff. IAAI should consider firing their current staff what with their propensity to blatantly lie to customers.

They need to hire new staff. and get rid of everyone there specially the old lady with the glasses . it’s th worst IaaI location I have ever been to.

They scheduled our pick-up for a Monday so we would have the weekend to clean out our personal items, then proceeded to take the car Friday while we were at work. Then they stole the tools out of it before we could catch up with the car.
