In searching for services, I tend to read the reviews like most everybody else. I discovered some fishy activity here and decided not to proceed with calling this company and instead, thought this was so bad that I would forewarn and remind other people who are searching to DO YOUR RESEARCH before calling this company (or any other).The one poor review pointed out that they more than likely had friends and family writing reviews for them and I believe that as well as probably writing their own reviews to make themselves appear like a superior company compared to the rest. Come to find out, the majority of the reviews are fake! And their responses to real reviews are immature and unprofessional!This is not how a reputable company would or should act to gain business. Any business that goes through these lengths to do so is not anyone I would want to hire to come into my home - untrustworthy!The 30+ photos Im adding are just some of the fake review screenshots (claiming to have services from two separate locations) and - theres more!Also, what real pest company would go out in an afternoon to spray for wasps? Any knowledgeable pest tech would know better than that.DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE.

I was very nervous about having pesticides sprayed in my home but Chris was great and answered all my questions. Definitely worth going to for any pest control. Mark is super clear about what he’s doing and does a great job of making sure you’re happy with his services. I was happy the first time he came but was unsure if the bugs had come back so he came back for a second treatment free of charge! I recommend you go here before anywhere else since I was ripped off heavily prior to going to Willamette pest control.

We have been using Willamette Pest Control for two years. The rodent problem has been eliminated. This company is efficient and professional to work with. They are quick to respond and were able to treat the box elder and stink bugs. They come out once a quarter and keep us pest free! My mother also uses Willamette Pest Control.

Bee guy came out twice to spray. Bees never left and they wont refund or make it right. Beware cheap isnt cheap if you have to pay twice.Read my other reviews all over the internet. Do not trust these people. Take the other reviews with a grain of salt. This company is the only company they have ever reviewed. I would guess they are family and friends of the business owner.

Requested an online quote 7:00 Saturday morning. Mark called at 810 with a quote and an appointment window of 4-430 THAT SAME DAY! He showed up at 3:45. In less than an hour, our house appeared to be bug free, however less than a week later they were back. I texted Mark and he seemed surprised and offered to retreat for the cost of the chemicals. Since we had already paid close to $200, and it hadn’t solved our problem, we weren’t comfortable paying more money for perhaps the same outcome.

Willamette Pest Control Sir now you are getting ridiculous. You don’t even know where was treated. I agree you refunded the money. You didn’t know what was going on with your business and had employees running it badly. You called multiple times asking me to change my review, which I did. We do own this property as a multigenerational property with two homes on it. No home was treated, it was a tree in a field. You also should not be posting about a clients personal living situation on the internet. Sir you are creating your own reputation now.

I used a different pest control company in the past and it seemed like I had to keep calling them to come back to fix a hole they didnt get or the rat problem wasnt getting any better. I called around to a bunch of other companies who wanted to do contracts and just wanted my money and leave without getting the job done properly. I talked with the owner, Mark, a few times over the phone before deciding to use his company. He was able to come to my house first thing the next morning (on a Saturday mind you). He knew I was on a time crunch so he showed up early and was gone in about 20 minutes. He was very informative and answered all my questions. The best part is he doesnt have any contracts and if you need him to come back for any reason down the road it will be a lesser charge. He let me keep the bait stations and even left me with extra bait to fill myself if I need to restock. Would recommend to anyone for his knowledge, convenience, no contracts, and reasonable pricing.

In the past I used Orkin and Terminix but I find that this small local company does much better with customer service and work harder. I’ll only use locally owned and operated companies from now on. Great experience with the technician. He was very polite and did a nice job.

Williamette Pest control is 10 times better than Terminix in my area. I called Terminix first but found that Williamette showed up quicker and was more knowledgeable. Priced better too. Saved me a considerable sum (OVER $1,000) with their program.A National chain representative cannot compete in this line of work when compared to someone whom owns and operates as professionally as williamette pest control. Its that simple!
