I called Heather C. to get a # for corporate to report a different location for a problem that occurred at the Flint location. I explained I had been customer for 6 months always on time on my every 2 week loan and in Flint today I was told I couldnt borrow/re-borrow because Im fixing to have a 8 day check on 14th and Ill be out of work for 6 weeks due to back surgery. She had explained to me I qualify for the payment plan, to pay it back in 3 increments every 2 weeks. She was VERY helpful, VERY understanding, VERY compassionate, and she got it done & FAST! I dont know who I need to talk to but Im making a suggestion for this location to give her a bonus, up her pay, or promote her to a higher position! She was extremely superb! I would hate for this location to loose this lady, she is just that amazing! 👏

Everybody here is great! They are so knowledgeable in their jobs, they know every in and out of this company they will loan you some money! Theyre funny considerate polite yes I highly recommend this place !
