I always have a great experience at this enterprise location. They call the day before to make sure you are aware of their policies, which is great because it seems like their corporate offices changes things a lot. The best part is the free upgrades when they don’t have the vehicle you booked. I only had an issue getting a vehicle one time but that was because I waited till the last minute to make reservations. Regina, the manager, has been around the longest and she is amazing. Anytime I have a concern she is always willing to help.

Jill did the best she could to accommodate us. She was able to put us in a vehicle and let us know we could exchange it if we werent happy. Thank you, Jill for going above and beyond.Edited 4-24-21Apparently Enterprise really wanted me to correct my review. So, here it goes. This isnt going to turn out well for Enterprise.Upon arrival to the Bay Rd site, I found out that they were out of cars but, was able to put me in a truck. What wasnt explained was that the truck is double the price of the car. My insurance company covers up to a certain dollar amount per day and then a total amount cap. Now, Jill put me into a truck because they were out of cars. However, she failed to mention that the cost of the truck was significantly higher than the cost of a car. What she did say was, shes able to keep the price of the truck under the allowed daily reimbursement from my insurance company. This allowed me to keep the truck rental for 24 days. However, due to the failure of her informing me the price difference, I would have been able to stay in a car rental for an additional 10 - 14 days. Instead, I had to turn the rental truck in before my vehicle was repaired. I really could have used the extra 10-14 days. In addition to this, Jill verbally said to bring the truck back on Empty. Due to the inconvenience of not having a car rental, that Enterprise would take care of the refueling. When I returned the truck it had more than a quarter tank of gas left. Jill wanted to charge me $87 to refill the tank. After she denied saying that she never said Enterprise would refill the tank, I promptly drove the truck to the nearest gas station and filled it for $60. Then Jill wanted to charge me for an additional day! Even after I played a voice-mail over and over from them to return the truck on a specific day, in which I followed their instructions. Jill claimed I kept the truck one day over the allotted time. Jill instantly took the amount out of my credit card on file.Needless to say, Enterprise wanted me to edit my review, well this is it.Completely disappointed 😞

I booked my reservation a week in advance. The estimated total was around $300-$400. Upon arrival, I was told the truck wasnt on site yet. Then I went to pay for everything and I was told I wasnt able to put it on my debit card, I would have to put it on a high limit credit card. I dont have a high limit credit card, because no one told me I was going to need one.It was suggested to me to drive to Midland and maybe I would be able to get a card on site. It was also suggested that my wife drive 3 hours to Saginaw to pick up this truck so she could use her card. Not only is that outrageous, she was currently I get emergency department, so that wouldnt work either!I was finally able to move money around. I go into the office and they inform me my total is triple what I was quoted. So I then had to go back, and move money around again.I did have a positive experience at drop off. But that was it.

The woman who helped me was awesome, I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout-out. Anyway, I booked a car for my trip but they didnt have any available at the time of pick up so they upgraded me for free. They gave me a 2020 Durango, it was absolutely beautiful and drove like a dream! It got pretty good gas mileage too. I will definitely rent a vehicle from them again.

Very quick and professional. My only problem was I wasnt told I needed to put down a security deposit until I went there which wasnt really a problem for me but I could see how it could be for other people that are on a tighter budget

Do Not book with Enterprise. Went to pickup my car that was already confirmed via email for drop off at a different location, however when we went to pick it I was told that they are no longer doing drop off at another location. 1st day of a 7 day vacation from Saginaw to Houghton MI with NO car. They stated that they called me but they DID NOT! Why would I be there to pick it up? Why lie!lie?

I rent from the saginaw location every time I need a vehicle. It can be for vacation, out of town appointments, having my car fixed or just to celebrate a night out. I had a mess of a trip coming from Michigan to Missouri I need a car ASAP, when I got to Missouri it was almost closing time and they were able to get me in at the Gladstone location they got me a charger for one night. I ended up needing the car for two more days everyone was super cool it was smooth they let me get it for the next couple days I return the car I couldn’t avast for a better experience with enterprise. They definitely have my business from now on

Ive rented a few vehicles from this location over the last few months, every time I was extremely impressed by the competence, courtesy, and professionalism of all the staff and management. It cant be easy managing a fleet of rental cars (its not like you can keep a stack of cars on a pallet in the back room!), but this crew has always come through for me, with a vehicle that fit my needs on time, in like-new condition, and delivered with smile that you can see through the mask! Casey, Jill, Owen, Jason, and Regina, thank you for all your hard work, looking forward to my next visit!

I have patronized this company on multiple occasions and is normally my first go to in need of transportation resources. However this last experience has changed my sentiments towards this particular location on Bay Road in Saginaw Michigan. The store manager was disrespectful, misleading, and no regard for customer service. I was over charged by 3 times of what my balance was. I am flabbergasted at the service I received and there has been no resolution or response regarding my situation. Not happy at all.

I rent cars somewhat regularly, and I had to rent a car for an entire month while my truck was in the shop. Enterprise in Saginaw was very helpful with extending my rental as the timeline changed for my truck to be complete. The process was painless and relatively inexpensive. Specifically, Regina, is the gal to work with. She was incredibly kind and helpful from.the start and for as long as she works there, I will continue to bring my car rental business there. The People there have horrible communication skills. I called and confirmed if I can use my apple pay on my phone because I didn’t have debit card On hand. They said yes I asked over again And Told them I will Not have debit card, They said That I would not need it as long as I had My ID, So I get there they tell me that I need the debit card. I showed them a picture of my debit card (With my name and card number on file)after explaining I spoke to someone and they said I didn’t need it And They still refused to rent me a car. I came back Up for my friend to switch it to her name, They Told Us The Total was 130 before arriving and told us 2 Prices After getting there. They Have Poor communication skills and they Lack intelligence, And Waste people time. Will never rent from enterprise again. Was my first time renting a car ever and they gave me a horrible experience. Rented a GMC Terrain and they put me in a Chevy Equinox....okay thats fine. But I recieved the car on 3 quarters of a tank, lady said bring it back on 3 quarters of a tank, okay will do. Brings car back on 3 quarters of a tank, and now they want to charge a 20 dollar fee for it not being full? First of all READ YOUR OWN DAM POLICY, your not a airport location and you didnt give me the car on full. Then when I was able to talk to some woman who Im guessing was management, she says theres nothing I can do. Oh really? Okay. AVIS RENTAL WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY, I HEARD NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS ABOUT THAT COMPANY. Should have listened to people when they said stay away from enterprise on bay road.

I helped my mother Merial into a vehical as she was car shopping and i have to say, Jill was absolutly phenomenal. She went above and beyond and explained every feature to ensure my 85 year old mother was comfortable. Regina Explained the clean car pledge to us and made us feel super comfortable in a sanitized vehicle during covid!! Jason, Owen, and Addison were super inviting and friendly as well. Overall i would recommend this location to anyone. The team was awesome, the vehicles were super clean, and we enjoyed our experience!

Only giving one star because I have to mark one to leave a review. This place is horrible. I reserved a car online this morning due to a last minute emergency. The computer verified availability. Get to the shop, wait ten minutes because one guy was busy with a client and the other girl was busy making collection calls. Finally they get free and advise me that they have no availability. They say they called to advise but my voicemail was full. Well, I didnt expect a call from them to cancel my appointment during the hour between my valid registration and the time I got there. As I said, it was an emergency last minute thing. Had the system advised no availability my plans would have been different. Due to the last minute change I was then forced to be left without a vehicle and take my kids to work with me. Had I known that no car was available I would have adjusted differently. Why would your website confirm availability of the location had no availability? A disclaimer stating actual availability varies would have been sufficient to wave me off even relying on your service. Piss poor. Hertz now has my business going forward if they survive their reorganization. If you cannot be relied upon then you are relegated to renters in need of vacation service. My recommendation? Schedule delivery at least two days in advance to cover your butt. Even then, best be prepared for two or three missed appts and dont trust the website!

Staff there has always been helpful and accommodating. One concern is the price changes- The price in the location was different than my reservation a couple times and it takes a while each time for them to resolve it. At times, Ive had to wait for 45 min- 1hr.

Had to get a rental while my car was repaired. Insurance company worked with this Enterprise. I had an incredibly seamless experience working with Sarah and the team at Enterprise. I drove to the body shop and they were there to pick me up. They got me set up in about 10 minutes and I was on the road again barely using my whole lunch hour. The return process was just as smooth. Id highly recommend using this branch, but Id also say call ahead and work with their staff directly as opposed to using the website.

This is the first time needing to rent a vehicle. I have heard good things about this place so I went to reserve a SUV for my trip, I went to reserve one and it would not allow me to do so, so I waited a day and tried on Fri. It let me reserve the SUV I needed and told me I could pick it up at noon on sat. I get there and was ignored untill a guy walked up to me after helping someone else and told me they were closed. I told him about my reservation and he said again that they were closed so I said to him that I needed this car and I had the apt at noon. He went in and came back out and told me they did not have the SUV I needed and that I could take a small car. The car was way to small for what I needed it for, I told him what could they do for me then because this was very unprofessional he told me I could go somewhere else. This was the worst first experience ever!!!!!!!! This place is horrible and I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

Awful, terrible customer service. Their reservation system is set up in a way that allows reservations to be made without making sure the place they are making them for can actually honor them. When lied to at the counter about it, the manager said she was proud of her staff and blamed it on the reservation having been made through the call center. Too bad when you call the local number and follow the prompts for reservation you are automatically rerouted to the call center that the local manager is telling me Unfortunately I had to deal with. UNBELIEVABLE. Im blown away by the lack of professionalism or proper reservation systems. Then the manager proceeds to request an e-mail 2-3 days before my next rental, to ensure it go smoothly. You want your customers to experience smooth transactions? Get yourself some training, train your staff, and fix your broken reservation system.In response to your message on my review about Please contact us I did after what happened. And a manger at your Bay Rd location is the one who blew us off and told us unfortunately the call center screwed up, then proceeded to tell us that she was PROUD of her staffs customer service skills. I tried contacting corporate so someone could look deeper into the issue, but it was bounced from corporate right back to the local location and local manager, who (let me repeat myself) made it clear she was PROUD of the way her staff treats people. No offer to make it right, no offer of a discount off my next rental, and a halfhearted apology about We apologize for how you felt you were treated at the counter with a follow up about how proud she was of her staff. I have no faith in enterprise as a company and no reason to believe that contacting you AGAIN will rectify anything.

While the car we rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car was everything we needed, we were looking forward to a luxury vehicle. Not available at that time. Turned out the Caravan was comfortable to drive but as expected, not so much for the second and third seat passengers.My only other tiny complaint is that the passengers side windshield wiper chattered loudly when it was on. Distracting.There is a lot to like about Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Quick, intuitive service, clean and trouble-free vehicles being chief among those! We will be renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car next time we have a need to rent!

I do not rent vehicles often, so pretty much have to be talked through the process with many questions. Our Saginaw, MI office did just that very patiently and with a smile. Though they were busy on a Fri. the assistant manager and staff were of good humor and got us on the road efficiently. I would definitely return.

Reserved a truck a week ahead of needing it. 2 monday in a row. No rental. Seems Seems like a growing trend with this company you reserve a Vehicle, and they have nothing, then tell you . GO sonewhere else. When you call them out for not doing there job.

The vehicle I had reserved was in an accident so the manager called prior to my pick up time to let me know in advance. He then rented me an upgraded vehicle at no extra charge. It was very clean and in good operating condition. Everyone was friendly and the whole process was simple. I would definitely rent from here again.

My fiance and I have rented vehicles from Enterprise on a few different occasions. There was only one issue we had when we rented this time. The employee who wrote up the contract for this rental is still in training and he made a mistake that ended up costing us excess money. He asked me about an added insurance while we were still looking at the car. I told him I did not want it. When he entered the info in the contract for the added insurance he put it on there anyways. We never get that on the cars we rent. I didnt notice it until more than a day later. It ended up adding $125 to the bill but they did refund half ($63) when we took the car back because my fiance made an issue of it with them. Even though we ended up spending $62 extra, the fact that they refunded half of the the total did show us that they care about customer satisfaction.

I can only fit in certain cars, due to my height and short legs, they did wonderful on getting me a car I could fit in. Few weeks prior to my trip I went there and tried some cars so they had a general idea of what was needed.I had car issues 200 miles from my destination on a 700 mile trip, the road service brought a car I could not fit in, and it took 4 hours to get it to me. The next morning road service had no idea what was going on, they did another road service call and again, 4 hours later nothing. The Saginaw office was then called and the manager took excellent care of me and I had a car that I FIT IN within 2 hours. Now why couldnt road service do that in the first place. Way to go Saginaw enterprise, I am a returning customer and always will be. Thank you for the worry free trip home.

THE FEMALE MANGER ON DUTY MY RENTAL WAS 51.99 A DAY BUT MY HOLD 397.00 I KNOW !DOESNT ADD BUT I HAD OUT STATE DRIVE LICENCE. WE HAD TO EXTEND EXTRA DAY, AND SHE CAME THUR. TRAICY. SOON MY VISIT TO SAGINAW WAS GREAT THANK TO HER. SUPER SERVICE FROM EVERYBODY.

I love the service, as a corporate customer I am always treated with dignity and respect and the team will usually go out of their way to accommodate my needs even last minute. I gave 4 stars because I am not a fan of the constant turn around of staff. It seems every few months there are always brand new people at this location.

This place is amazing with great employees.Bay City location is a tiny little dump with horrible employees that hang up on their customers and anyone who picks up claims to be management (they need to be reported). Ive been going to the Bay City location for years. Never again. I will go to the Saginaw location every single time for now on. Thanks for the wonderful service A+++Normally if they dont have the car you booked they give you the next best available vehicle for the same price. Not the case in Bay City! They will charge you an extra $30 a day if they can get away with it.

Amazing customer service and great vehicles

Renting from them lately has been hit and miss. Either they dont have a car for me, or its broke down, or Im switched to a different vehicle that didnt work out for me. Usually its a great place to rent from.Ive been going to them for years. I hope they get back to home they used to be.

Staff is always friendly and helpful! I have been renting g from Jason,Tori,Terrance, and George for over a year. When I have a problem it is fixed or a replacement vehicle is provided. Love these guys and gal. I only use Enterprise whether in MI or traveling!

Everyone was super friendly and quick - the customer service was great.The car smelled awful and the windshield was completely filthy. I actually had to stop at the gas station and clean the inside of he windshield so I could see clearly. A little more maintenance on the vehicles would be much appreciated by all customers Im sure.

People were fine car was great but after I turned the car in. They called me and said there was damage to the right side mirror. I told them that was there when I picked it up. Told them it had nothing to do with me. But when you work for a company that has a company account this happens a lot. Will not be going back to this enterprise in Saginaw Michigan.

The customer service was fast and friendly. The vehicle was clean and in great shape. However, the vehicle I reserved was unavailable, so I was given the option of a free upgrade of a pickup truck or to wait 30 minutes plus. Although a free upgrade can be nice I did not want a pickup truck because of the potential for rain. I opted not to wait and it poured on us. The moral of the story is that I was not happy because I did not get the vehicle I reserved!!!!

Very dissatisfied I called last week to get a car reserve I was told,my car will be ready by 11am. Get out there the lady tells me all the cars are out. Then I get put on the waiting list no phone call back to let me no anything bad customer service. Then at the end of the week I call back to see if an car was available it was but it was after 11 on a Saturday. So monday morning I called same thing got reserve and was told to come to by 1 to pick up your car and got a phone call around 11 saying they was out cars again in probably wont have none until 4 or 5pm once again never got a phone call was told I was second on the list for reservations and still havent heard nothing back. Wont be getting my business no more😠😠

The car smelled like weed and sound volume to the radio was not working properly. I was told I would get a $45 credit for the issues noted above, but I never received it.

This is the second time Ive used enterprise and unfortunately it didnt put up its my expectations. Even though I got a free upgrade on the car I had first rented the new car was low on oil and needed a service immediately. Because of this I had to extend the rent period in order to switch cars. I appreciate enterprise didnt charge me extra for the extra hours I kept the car but I completely dislike the fact that they provided me with a car close to a service check up. I couldve got stuck in the middle of the road, also would have had to pay more for the road service. Next time I know I have to check the car I rent with much detail.

I dont know why Im getting requested to give a review. Enterprise sent me a request in error about a rental I didnt do, I called to sort it out, and they said just to ignore it.
