Also the home was a rental home so the team was patient to have us resolve insurance claim details and tenant obligation details and pay them. This gave us the time to sort out the logistics details at our end so later on this does not become an issue. Overall quality of work was great and we will use 99 Remediation as our go to company for all water damage issues.

I woke up in morning and discovered my kitchen and living room were flooded with 1 of water. I called this company and 2 techs were outside my door within half an hour. They removed all water quickly and set up drying machines all throughout the areas, and left it for 3 days. They were clean, communicative, professional and courteous.
