I used Frances for years doing booking and taxes. I never second guessed her work before until I decided to have another accountant double check things. Turns out I was over paying. She never asks questions an accountant with the best interest for a client should be asking. Then turns me into a collection agency for taxes that hadn’t been fully prepared after only 30 days of receiving an invoice without any warning. Awful service

I found Frances when I was looking for someone to take care of my taxes, after my guy unexpectedly passed away.I run a business and my kryptonite is all things paper work. My taxes are particularly complicated, but I have no idea what is deductible, or what percentage and so on. I send her a rediculous summation of my spending and she gets it all done.This year with the covid 19 pandemic I asked her if she would be willing to file my paperwork for getting a grant/loan.....like I said it’s kryptonite. She filed it for me, and I can’t say what a relief it was.

I was looking for an accountant as i had just started a new business and i did not want to deal with the accounting part of it; all i wanted to do was concentrate on making money. After talking to friends and colleagues it felt like everyone kept on sending me to not right sized business . I was looking for a true A to Z solution that would do all that i required and did not try to upsell me a catering staff. My best friend informed me that his sister had opened her own office a few years ago and was taking in new clients and that i should try to come in with the early customer. First thing i asked was ... was she not a police officer as memory serves? Well yes... some people are very accomplished and she falls there. After serving the community as a police officer she decided to open her own CPA practice. That was 2015. 3 years later i still love the personal touch, the cards in the mail, and the willingness to help and answer questions as much as the first day! As her business has grown she has hired more staff and moved into an office complex yet her personal touch has never waivered! In short hiring her was the best decision i made to help my business thrive and grow! She is highly recommended!2021 update. A few years later here is the pandemic follow on . Frances continues to provide excellent service and while I have not needed her in person she has always been a phone call or text message away during these trying times . Her advice has not only saved me money but has let me invest in new equipment even in these trying times while lowering my tax bill. Even when stressed as all of us are her professional demeanor has not broken and she has always been able to accommodate my last minute request and or changes ( I understand she is billing me of course but I am the one asking for her expertise and time and it has yet to steer me wrong!). Truth is without her doing the books I would have not had time to keep the business afloat in this trying environment so it’s another year I’m grateful for her services.
