Highly unsatisified with your service. You have missed a pick up 3x in a row despite me calling everyday and confirming you will show up in the same day. So unprofessional. Please dont waste our time.

Package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. I called them Thursday for delivery time and was told package would now arrive on Friday. I called again on Friday for ETA and they said the package was delayed and now would arrive on Monday. I called Monday, today, for ETA and guess what? Package is delayed and will now arrive on Tuesday..... you would think logistics would be a strength for a delivery company. This delay has cost me headaches with my top customer.

I only gave one star because I had to. These guys are pathetic and lie, one of the employees said that lanes are blocked between Sac. and So.cal.(really) the tracking said the item would arrive on Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday (WOW) Keep up the good work.Im sure they have good people working there but the leadership is questionable.Update, i finally received my package after i had to pick it up because it was ONCE AGAIN rescheduled to be delivered on Monday. On a good note the guys in Sac were Awesome to work with and a great help.
Showed up 2 hours late for a pick up and yelled at my team because we were already closed. Even though we gave them the correct pickup window they tried to bully us into making up for their mistakes. I tried to get a hold of someone to talk to but was transferred 3 times and waited on hold for more than 40 minutes and still couldnt talk to a real person.
Drivers dont show up. First day they said they could not make it which is understandable but then their driver claims we did not have our freight ready for him the second day when in reality he didnt show up again. Third day same story, truck never showed up. Our pallet is still sitting here on the floor and is now 5 days behind because they couldnt get it before the weekend. These guys dont have time for your business and will lie in order not to get it so Ill do them a solid by never scheduling anything with Central Transport againEdit: Someone at our company scheduled a pickup with central again and guess what happened? Same excuse as last time, made a claim that we did not have the load ready. I have requested our rep at eshipping remove them as an option from our online account to prevent delays
Every door we shipped with Central transport got damaged. Even though the doors were on a pallet and packaged very well. Central does not insure any damages. There are way better alternatives out there. We stopped shipping with this company. They do not care about your cargo.
The mechanic support staff is very pleasant and quick to fix whatever is needed to get the trucks on the road. Thank you Aaron for the hard work.
This is the worst and most unreliable trucking company in the world. Do not use them even they are free!!! unless if you have a few extra months for delivery. I am using every day truckers and I know what I am talking. it could takes weeks to pick up a shipment and they also have no problem lying to you that they were at the location and didnt picked up because it was not ready, or any other BS reason... and more than everything they specialize in providing the worst customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Horrible experience! Harbor freight hired them to ship my purchase, they made an appointment with me for delivery, i sat outside and waited but no one ever showed....i had to call them to find out why!! they told me they had tried to deliver it but access was to tight!....my yard is right off a state highway!....I never saw anyone show up anyway.....so I had to call harbor freight and weight another week for them to email central transport just to convert it to a will call item so i could pick up my purchase....I ended up driving to Sacramento twice just to pick up my own item!!! this was the worst experience with a shipping company of my lifetime!!! They really do not care even a little bit!!
I have been driving for this terminal for a few months now. Great place to work. I can see a future with this company.
Horrible shipping company and horrible customer service! My shipment has been sitting at the terminal for 24 days and still hasnt gone out on a truck.Ive called and spoke tracking agents every day for the past three weeks. Every time I call I get the same answer... Looks like your shipment will be loaded on a truck tomorrow. The past few days theyve been telling me, Your shipment is loaded on a truck, but we dont have an available driver. What a joke!! My business relies on shipments to come in a timely manner, and this experience with Central Transport almost resulted in a loss of customers. Never again will I use this company.
Horrible experience!! I ordered from Harbor Freight and they hired Central Trucking to deliver my item. Central Trucking set an appointment with me to deliver didnt show up, didnt call. I had to call them to find out why they didnt show, they rescheduled the appointment saying it they didnt receive the package in time. Next scheduled appointment they failed to show again. Mind you someone had to be there to accept the package which means time off of work to be there. When I called them again they said they dont guarantee delivery times, then why do you make appointments and have to have someone there? We will see if my package ever gets delivered as theyve now rescheduled again. Horrible experience I will never use them to ship anything with my company.
CENTRAL TRANSPORT IS THE WORST CARRIER IN THE WORLD. IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR STUFF, THEY WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO AVOID REIMBURSING YOU EVEN WHEN IT IS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT FOR STABBING THROUGH YOUR FREIGHT WITH A FORK LIFT.

Do not use this company! They are terrible. They picked up a package that was being shipped to me on July 11th 2017. The BOL said to deliver it by July 13. It never showed up. Called the person I bought item from and they said it should be here the next day. This was Monday the 17th. After it didnt show up that day, I called them on Wed. the 19th and they said it was on the truck for delivery. At 3pm I called them back to see where it was, and they said the driver wasnt going to make it that day and they would put a note to have it delivered first thing Thursday the 20th. Well, still not here. So I called to have it changed to will call so I could go pick it up myself. Had to go through a third party to get it switched, but when I called Central Transport to confirm they got the approval from the third party, they told me the had to wait for the third party to confirm the CHARGE for switch it. Can you believe it, they cant deliver the package in a timely fashion and now want to charge to switch it to a will call. Unbelievable. So, I still dont have my package and who knows when I will get it. Never ever use this company. Oh, and I had to give them 1 star only because it wouldnt let me leave the review if I didnt choose a star. I dont even want to give them a star. Wish they had poop symbols as a choice.
Terrible place to work and get freight shipped. Its dirty and they make you work 14 hours a day. Boss will get in your face and tell and curse at you. The freight will always be damaged due to how its loaded.

A delivery from Los Angeles to Sacramento (400 miles) took over 5 business days to get delivered. Called customer service and it was terrible.
First time at Sacramento, making a few changes. Looking forward to the future.

The worst company, Friday they called and said that I could pick up my cargo, I spent an hour one way, when I came to them, they told me that they hadn’t unloaded the truck yet and that I would come back on Monday, when I arrived on Monday, they said that the truck was not unloaded and you have to wait for 4 hours, although they said that they work until 5 pm and I came at 4:30 pm, I was terribly not happy, I did not see any worse company!
