I was charged $110 for them to call my ex husband once and leave a voicemail. They didnt even bother to attempt a second phone call. If they couldnt serve him they could have at least shown a tiny bit of effort so I could show attempts were made for the request for publication. I took the documentation into the legal office yesterday and was told no judge would take that seriously. This company never sent me any emails or called me to provide updates/advise me on the status of anything. I sent the company an email expressing my discontent as well as left a negative Yelp review. The owner John responded to my email this morning and was extremely unprofessional. No attempt was made to provide resolution. I have posted our whole conversation in the screenshots attached as well as what I said in my other review. They did not make any effort to serve these papers, but at least John got some easy money.

Ive been using River City Process Service, Inc., for filings and service of process for about 3 years now. If an issue ever comes up, RCPS works on it until it is resolved. I recently leaned on RCPS and their connections to dig up a filing that the Court somehow misplaced. I doubt any other company would have gone the extra mile (especially when it was in no way their fault). In this case though, it made all the difference.

My wife had 3 court documents that required to be served by either County Sheriffs department or registered process server. Since the Sheriffs could not help her with this one, we called Jacob at River City Process Service. I dropped off the paper works and they will help her serve the court documents. Jacob was very nice, helpful and informative on the phone and in person.

Quickly notified when the job was done, and they even filed proof of service in Sac County Small Claims.What else do you need? The answer is nothing more. John Arnold the office manager was rude and unprofessional in dealing with me a new client. He accused me of not giving accurate information to give me the right quote to serve the defendant. I have emails to prove his accusation. What a lying baster he is. Im so glad I didnt have their company do my service. When I emailed him back to tell him he is wrong he stated in the paper work to not accept me as a client anymore. Im planned on that anyways by the way you treated me.

Their office flooded but they were still able to provide great service.

They are quick, professional, detail oriented, and they have caught errors my staff missed. I would recommend them to anyone in the legal field who needs a filing or a serve done at a fair price.
