Eric was great: I called in asking to have one of my FDM Chiron machines diagnosed, the extruder was clicking nonstop after installing a new one and I couldnt find out why. After a very helpful conversation with Eric he offered to have his technician take a look at the machine when they returned from vacation in one week. Turned out the fix was very simple and all I had to do was switch to using Pronterface for my filament loads and unloads, as the machines extrusion rates did not bond well with the new extruder.I think its the fact that Eric actually listened to my problem, offered his advice and then offered to have his tech look at it that gives me confidence in calling him for professional, honest information in FDM.Thank you Eric for helping me out!

I looked all over town for someone that could create a CAD Drawing for an invention I thought of. Eric and Nate provided exceptional customer service and provided me with a great product. Even after a couple months I had sent them an email asking if I could get a different file type for my design. They said no problem and provided it to me in a very short period of time. They have earned my business as a life long customer I could not be happier.

SERIOUSLY, Best Customer service in town! Im new to 3d printing and had a few questions that YouTube couldnt help me with. I was able to get the help I needed right over the phone. although I have never actually purchased anything or even been inside the store itself, the amount of help I received was overwhelming! The man answered my call on his day off when the store was closed and met me there so that I could purchase my first 3D printer without waiting on shipping. That was worth everything to me. He also stopped me from wasting my money and buying a cheap unreliable ender 3. He turned me on to the cetus MK3 and I couldnt be happier.

The guy at plug n play, eric, was super knowledgeable and helpful. My husband had some questions regarding his printers, upgrades and filament choices. Eric took the time to talk to him about the different printers they use and how the different filaments will ultimately affect your finished product and how clean it is. Also, we got some filament that you can sand after the fact. I know jack about 3d printers but i do know thats a plus!
