I got a bounce house for my grandson’s promotion party. Very satisfied with the service and friendly staff. Highly recommend them for your bounce house needs. This was my 4th time using them and they still make my experience better then the last one.

Update . So I spoke to a great gentleman named Vern. He did so much for me and is working on getting my refund. I really appreciate him and his effort to make me happy again. This is what customer service is all about . He apologized, for what had transpired previously within the company. . Please go to him in this company, you wont be disappointed. Please look to him as an example, for the employees there. I know its hard times right now, but you have to keep in mind there are good customers out here. Call us instead of emailing us. I work in the Special Events industry and there is only one company I will work with and thats Inflatable Adventures. They are friendly and very easy to work with and their prices are fair and competitive. Vern is one of the owners of the company and he always makes sure to be involved in the process leading up to the event to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. If you are just looking for a couple of bounce houses or are planning your next BIG EVENT then I would highly recommend Vern and his team at Inflatable Adventures!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A LOCAL PARTY! At first they were about to shut down the ride that I rented, Then, because it was my sons birthday. He wanted a turn because he was enjoying all the other fun things i got. But they said no, so i tried to reason with them. More kids were in the line so I let him go in the middle of the line. Then when it was his turn, the guy who was working said that your son cannot go. So he was sad. When we looked back the guy was letting other kids go! THIS IS NOT FAIR! I only posted 1 star because this website does not allow me to rate it 0 stars.

We use Inflatable Adventures at least twice a year at our college. They have always accommodated us with our dates and worked hard to fill last minute requests. The crew that delivers, sets up and takes down the inflatables is top notch in our book. They are super friendly, work extremely hard and do it quickly. I’ve been using Inflatable Adventures for several years now because they are the best in the industry. As a children’s activities director, I am responsible for providing fun activities in a safe environment. I rent from Inflatable Adventures several times a year (our last event we hosted over 400 students). Inflatable Adventures arrived 30 minutes early and was setup & ready to go well before the scheduled start time. The equipment operators really seem to enjoy their jobs!
