Had an oil change a month ago. Ive just noticed some of the fasteners/clips were gone.. tsk tsk.. those cost money too...

Freindly and fast service at a reasonable rate. They even check other safety items in your car and report back to you with a recommendation of a food repair shop.

Always worth the wait. Theres a reason theres usually a line here and its a combination of great prices and even better service. Staff is always friendly and helpful and take care of everything. Havent gone anywhere else for a Smog in a long time. Star location too if you need it.

We have been bringing our 3 cars to LXS for about five years now for smog checks. Its always been a good experience; polite service at check-in; usually quick service for the smog check and really a good price with the coupon.

Very quickly in and out oil/filter service (change) good customer service . Waiting room / Bathroom available . Fair price for service done, completely satisfied . Will return in the future for sure .

Right after service, on inspection, my husband noticed the line from the overflow tank had been disconnected. He brought this to the owners attention; after watching the security camera video it was clearly done by the technician on purpose. If left unseen this would have lead to the engine of my truck to overheat and possibly destroy it. I am appalled by these actions and left wondering how many other customers they have done this too. The owner employs sneaky, distrustful, and damaging employees. As a concerned citizen I just want to inform the entire neighborhood of this incident.

Great oil changes or bring your own oil/filter and they will take care of you

30 bucks for a oil and filter change when you bring in your own stuff. Was in and out in about 40 minutes as they had several cars in front of me when I arrived. They have a nice little waiting area with A/C and enough space to sort of social distance yourself from others.

The wait wasnt long. And the staff very friendly. I went for a basic oil change. I explained to them that I went to the big red barn down the street for an oil change. Now my car leaks oil. I asked if they could possibly see what was wrong. They had to pull the plastic cover off and it was full of oil. But they inspected the motor and found no leaks. The other guys didnt remove the pan and dumped my oil into that pan. Then didnt say any thing about it to me. Lube express cleaned up the other guys mistake free of charge. Then did a proper oil change. And really eased my mind. They all received a well earned tip. Thanks guys, your new loyal customer.

They went above and beyond. They found a problem caused by the popular place on the same street. They fixed it - no extra charge (unlike the popular place). No more oil on my driveway!

No pun intended, but this place is a well-oiled machine! Theres two lines when you drive in. The right line is for a smog check and the left line is for oil changes. Once you line your car up in cue, go inside and check in at the registration desk. Be sure to look for coupons in your neighborhood ads for additional discounts. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The guys who worked on my car are fast and professional. This is one of those few locations where they do not need to jack your car up to change the oil. There is a pit underneath the car where they can easily have access. If youre picky about your oil, you can bring your own and theyll do it! Theres also clean indoor and outdoor waiting areas while you wait.

Went for oil change, smog check and registration to get tag on site. They told us that they no longer provided registration and tags onsite. They still havent taken down the get your tags here. They did refer me to third party vendor to get my tags. Not interested but great service.

Fast. Very busy. Excellent team work. I had a Smog, didn’t pass first time. Had work done. Came back the second time, it was even busier but I don’t think I was there even a half hour. They take the time to say thank you and bye, even the ones that didn’t work on my SUV.

It was my first time here and I went in for an oil change and smog check. I was disappointed that none of the employees were wearing masks and taking covid precautions seriously. Employees that are customer facing and touching customers cars(doors, steering wheels, etc) should be EXTRA CAREFUL, not lackadaisical like they were. This made me extremely uncomfortable as the waiting room is small and this encouraged customers not to wear masks (and it was 100+ out so outside wasnt an option). Sad sad sad that this business isnt looking out for its customers and employees safety and health.

I had been using this oil lube and smog services shop for at least past 4 yours. The reason I repeatedly used it is its fast and thorough service work. The service is quick because of two sets of workers work every car: one team works in a mezzanine below the car for draining oil and unloading oil filter, while the other team checked tire pressure, levels of transmission oil, break fluid, and vacuuming interior floor of car. They are very friendly to address your concern and do some referral if needed. Literally, I just drived my car to the ship and they took care of job. I appreciated their service to my car. I wrote this as a token of my appreciation for their reliable service. Thanks!

It isnt often you find a oil and smog shop where you are greeted with friendly smiling faces, but this family owned and runned business always does. You can tell they are having fun, loving their job, appreciate their customers and take very good care of them. Prices are fair, service is amazing and they are quick! Support locally owned businesses and get amazing service. This place is the full package.

Im very disappointed, I went there this morning for a oil filter change, an older white male employee went up to my face asking 20 questions of why?, why do you want an oil filter change?, why come here?, why this why that, worst is that he didnt even let me finish my sentences without interrupting and asking even more questions, besides that is the receptionist job, he was very unprofessional and repeted 3 times at the end it would be $15 like if i were deaf. The price didnt really bother me but his attitude did. Not only that but when my car had its service and I was ready to go to work, my keys were missing, I found out that an employee had my keys and was chatting for 10 minutes with a costumer. They dont value your time, save time and look somewhere else to take your business.

My go to spot for all my oil changes, smog and registration needs. Staff is always friendly and professional. I came in today for an oil change 10 minutes before opening and I was greeted by a friendly staff member advising that they do not open til 9. I told him I know I just wanted to be 1st and did not mind waiting. We both got a good chuckle out of that exchange. The gentleman took my keys and welcomed me to have a seat in the waiting room. Next thing you know he is completing my oil change before they officially opened for business. I love it!!

I made a last minute decision to get a smog.. I got there and they got me in and out in less than an hour. Great customer service and everyone there is friendly. I definently recommend any and everyone to go here.

You get what you pay for when you go here for your oil change, yeah service is fast and cheap but they put 5w-20 oil when my car needs 5w30... I also have a leak now.

Was recommended to this place from a friend of 50 years who has been a friend of the owner for 40 years. A lot of these reviews talk about how friendly the staff is...With these reviews and my friends recommendation, I thought it would be a good experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience..The two females in front were veryunprofessional. They were talking about something inappropriate when they should have been waiting on me. Then they didnt give me all the information I needed. I bought a Groupon and wasnt told there was a re-test fee if it didnt pass. Too be honest, it wouldnt have mattered but for someone else it may have.The attitude of one of the girls was a little rude. Neither one was friendly or thanked me for my business. It was just an unpleasant experience..This was a year ago. Just FYI
