Back for a second review. Things still havent improved. I tried to stick it out but am now asking out of my lease (to which they are not responding).This place is a joke. Internet still is poor. they made an excuse that the LAN switches on the fourth floor were a problem. That fixed things for a little while, but now I cannot hold a simple conference call (VoIP) without breaking up so bad the call becomes worthless. Im sweating profusely right now as they turn off the Air Conditioning on the weekends and cannot get it cooled down in time for those of us who work here. My lease auto renewed. If you are looking for a space, this is definitely not it. While the place is beautiful, they cannot even give you the basics of what you need.

If u need some space, Spaces is the place to get it at. Its very cool looking inside like a loft. Very NY. Michelle and Julie were very nice and friendly

When you sign up for a facility such as this, you would expect that the Internet services would be fairly reliable. In this facility, it is clearly not the case. I have outages 5-6 times a day for 15-30 minutes. I sell Internet services and have had my own office for over 19 years and have never experienced internet outages such as this with no resolution.The IT team wont talk to individuals so you cannot troubleshoot.Yeah, internet goes down, but this is absolutely awful.Lets not mention that you cannot get package deliveries at this facility because there is no one here (due to covid) after 1230 and Fedex/UPS only make deliveries in the afternoon.Overall, you are paying a ton of money for a beautiful facility that is completely worthless because they cannot provide a reasonably reliable internet service.I wouldnt suggest you sign a lease here.

Terrible customer service. Ive called multiple times on multiple different days to try and resolve an issue and nobody ever picked up. Even when their Google My Business listing says theyre open. The one time I did get them on a phone call they told me they would email me the same day - here I am a week later, no email. And no way to call them because they dont answer.Would give 0 stars if I could.

Customer service from Michelle, Megan and the entire staff here is nothing short of exemplary. True white glove service even for this renter of one has me already considering re-upping my lease at the end of its term and I just started 2 weeks ago! I shopped around at least a dozen coworking spaces in the greater Sacramento area including Urban Hive, Outlet and Pacific, but it gets no better than Spaces on R Street for coworking and private office space anywhere in Sacramento in my opinion.
