Cantrice was very helpful

About a 15min drive from where I live even though there’s a shop 1mile by I stilll go to this exact one . This place always been respectful and kind to me for about a year now . Any negative reviews on this place is a lie . The previous and current manager and employees are very patient and respectful to even the rudest customers and I’ve seen it all. Overall great service .

I have been coming to this location for months and I’m usually helped by Cantrice she has great customer service and very helpful with any questions you may have

Ive beem trying to get a payday loan as in a small financial advance for the period of one week.... If i need credit for that i can just go to the bank amd get lower intrest rates.They ALL claim they do soft inquries or they require no credit check. LIES. They ping your credit

The staff was very rude on the phone. I told them when I would pay the loan, but she talked over me and wouldnt listen to what I told her. I will not be back to CIC again!

Called in was told I could cash a money order that I had made out to someone that returned it to me then I take my time to come down to be told it cant happen! and was called a liar when I started I had called. didnt expect much but customer service was not up to par. If can go somewhere else
