Dont go there if you are trying to send money via western union. I have never had any problem sending money but they started asking me weird questions like proof of my employment. When I said I dont work. Then they questioned me that where I got the money from. It was only $300. I mean are you serious. Just bunch of idiots are working there. So dont waste your time. Just go somewhere else.

They took my SSN, ID, my profile photo and then they told my 10% of the cheque amount. Ill never deal with them.Also the cashier shes so weird and arrogant

This is the best cash 1 in all of sacramento, believe me I’ve been to many and I just keep finding myself coming to this one. From the cleanliness of the establishment to the great, fast customer service every single employee provides. Im in and out in less then 15 minutes! Other places will make it difficult and confusing to do business with them but not this cash 1

The 2nd time i have came in and it literally takes them FOREVERRRRR just to cash one simple check! Its ridiculous! Never again!!!

I dont know why they give this place bad reviews, went there today very fast friendly service. The manager Jessica went out of her way to make sure I was well helped.

Horrible customer service they do not value their customers

Ive been standing in line for 15mins and there is 3 workers staring at me and 1boss but only one person working name laketta she was very nice and fast but the other 3 were just sitting down and talking about non work activities so i would advise them if there just going to sit behind the glass and stare at people they dont need tint those windows or go in back i shouldnt have to walk in and wait that long just to hear then talking and not working smh this has happened to me several times at the w el camino store they need to be shut down or fired and hire a real manager that actually works instead of just talking while one person is actually doing there job.i hate this location. The management gets a zero and they need to hire under cover bosses.

Very slow service at 5:30 PM on a Thursday evening - over 20 minutes waiting in line. What the hell is Laura the manager thinking - allowing all the staff but one to be on break during the busiest part of their retail day?

If i could give this location no stars i would. i attempted to cash a personal check at this location on a day when the banks closed early and was already frustrated over that. to add insult to injury, metaphorically speaking, the staff at this located were rude and nosy about the details of why i was wanted to cash a personal check and asking me questions about it that made me feel uncomfortable. after almost 20-30 mins i would say they finally refused to cash my check due to bureaucratic reasons which i feel only on a small bit of validity. i often have to learn lessons the hard way and will never attempt to come to this location for any reason whatsoever and neither should anyone else. the staff at this location need to be retrained on how to respect their customers and not be so rude and/or nosy about what theyre there for!

First time going to this place. The young black girl look like she was in training. Took a 1/2 hour just to process my small loan and then she stalled some time. NEVER again will I do business here 👎
