Heartland discharged my grandson for aging out without appropriately handing him off to another agency. They made no attempt to truly hand him off and help his mother. Now my grandson who has had mental health services for his entire life and is unable to answer questions for Access to mental health in Sacramento county has no services and no one to manage his psychiatric care. I am incredibly disappointed in this organization.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They have several Spanish speakers that made my mother feel more comfortable.

This place sucks..The lady who sees my child weekly is not there 75% of the time. 85% of them times we receive no notification or call and waste gas/ time to go there. The physiologist is never there. They cancelled her appointment so she can have 2week break. My child is having a break down and the receptionist is like call back Monday well try to figure something out.
