Despicable! Went through a mediation where he spent 8.5 hours of 9 with opposing council because of an undisclosed past relationship. Showed nothing but bias. Went on to reach a settlement agreement only to have him misrepresent the framework undermine the deal in the end. Not the role of a mediator. Biggest waste of money and time I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. There is reaching your peak and there is becoming a living relic. He owes me an apology and a multi thousand dollar refund.
