They delivered my package elsewhere. How can you not read addresses and work there? UPS also lost my package several times in the past. My $2k computer lost for 2 weeks. Its a big box. How can you lose that?

Delivered my package to a wrong address in a bike shop in Placerville. I had to drive from Sacramento to pick up my package. It goes to show that sometimes theses drivers dont pay attention.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. One day shipping turned into a week. Ive spoken to this place for 3 days with a promise every time that my package would be delivered the next day. Need to be home to sign for the package and they dont seem to care in the slightest. Also will not allow me to come in and pick up the package. Not sure what is going on.Edit: Finally got someone fantastic on the phone. I dont remember her name but she told me she would personally go look for my package. Literally 45 seconds later I received a call back from her saying my package was sitting right in the warehouse. Apparently it was being scanned every day out for delivery and never loaded in the truck. Guess the large packages take up too much space... Rasied the review from 1 to 3 stars because this person was very awesome to speak to and went out of her way to correct my problem.

Was waiting 6 days for an overnight package customer service is the worst since the pandemic started theres no recourse to getting your money back youll never use them again FORGET THE APOLOGIZE GIVE ME BACK MY $45 FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY THAT TOOK 6 DAYS WORST PART (I HAVE PICS AND SCREENSHOT) OUT FOR DELIVERY on the 3rd day Driver RAN OUT OF TIME!!! UPS is the worst at customer service. They refused to deliver to my home and to my PO Box. Even though the truck was 2 blocks from my home. They made up some random address that they were going to deliver it to which I found out after the package was on the truck and it was a happy accident I found out they were delivering it to some random business. Now I have to go MILES out of my way to retrieve a package from the Customer Service location and they said would be available between 9 and 9:30. The place closes at 9. I will never use UPS again for anything. I will never order any thing from anyone who will ship it by UPS ever again. If there was a 0- rating I would have picked that.

One of their drivers lies about customers so he doesnt need to do his job, multiple residences have cameras that verify he doesnt go down our street. Do not use UPS.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I placed my order from Amazon May 28, 2020 promised 2 day shippment, well today is 6/22/2020 and no package. I have call their 800 number customer several times and was given the run around. I have paid a visit to the UPS Customer Center and was told my package was out for delivery, that was Saturday, again did not happen. The guy behind the computer told me to be patience, patience since May 28,2020. UPS has the worst customer service in the shipping industry. UPS MUST DO A BETTER JOB. Oh, did I mention this was an anniversay gift for 26 years of marriage. So the moral of this story, if at all possible, DO NOT USE UPS FOR YOUR SHIPPING/DELIVERY NEEDS. There are several others shippers.

Very short hours of operation, but easy to pick up packages you dont want left at your door. Guy who staffs the door is friendly and professional. This is not a full service facility, so make sure your package is ready to ship.

Ups was supposed to deliver my package and knock on the door for me to sign. Keep in mind I was home at the time. No knock, or any other attempts to see if we were home. They left and didn’t leave a note that they were there either. Now I’m required to drive 30 mins out of my way to go pick up my packages at nearly 10pm within a 30 min window. I never thought it would be so hard to have an item shipped with UPS. Sticking with USPS from now on!

I just got an email saying that the driver attempted to deliver my package and they will try again on Monday. Ive been sitting on my couch next to the front door for the last several hours waiting and no one knocked on my door. They did NOT attempt to deliver my package. And now I have to try and pickup my package from a place that isnt open on weekends and wont answer their phone. God I freaking hate UPS. They did this all the time when I used HelloFresh too.

Ive been waiting for my package for almost a week, supposed to be 2-day shipping. My packages been at the Sacramento warehouse and still not being delivered to me, just sitting there at the warehouse. I dont understand why the delivery date keeps getting pushed out when my freaking package just been sitting at the warehouse for 3 days.

By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not know where the package ordered for my mom’s surprise B-Day gift. After 15 days they do not have a clue where the package is. Check this out it takes 8 days for the investigation to track the package. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Ups at my California home is a joke. I even terminated my Amazon prime membership because 90% of ups deliveries to my home even before covid 19 were delayed because I live on the outskirts of town. This Time delaying shipments due before memorial day, to the week after. Ups is lame because of drivers like mine. Has been problematic ever since Ive had my California house.

I went in for a job interview even the security were very polite and respectful the young lady responsible for new hires was very Intuitive with a lot of information and I felt as though I was being talk to as an adult not a client

I had a scheduled delivery today which ill remind you costs $5, which has a 4 hour window cause thats SUPER convenient. Anyways. Its 5:08 pm and I have yet to receive my package arriving between 11:30am and 3:30pm.

This UPS location is only open for 2 1/2 hours Monday Thru Friday from 3:30pm to 6pm. No consideration for individuals who work during the short time that they are opened and no other options made available. Ill be using USPS or FedEx in the future. And UPS automated system when you try and get ahold of them is horrible. Not happy with the service.

UPS said my address was invalid, they then refused to deliver thepackage to my address which has never been invalid before for eitherUPS or the USPS or any other delivery company. They said I must come and pick it up myself at the hub location. This location is far from my home.Their customer service is appalling. They said a manager would call me back. What a funny joke.

Ups was supposed to deliver a package to me on june 10th the driver lied and said i moved and lied and said he came twice. There is always someone here. Especially when something important is supposed to come. So i had to pay $15 for my package to resend its supposed to be here today. I have been sitting on the porch since 10am and no truck has come by and its almost 3pm. Supposed to be here by 230.

What an inconvenient unnecessary spot to pick up a package. Whatever you do dont have things shipped here. There is a ups store not far from this location and would be a much better option. Only open from 330pm to 6pm. Just dumb.

I had a package shipped 1-5 day shipping. Ordered it on a Sunday and needed it by the following Friday. They lost my package and I didnt receive it until 8 days later on the following Monday. Will never use UPS again. Garbage.
