I purchased a smart level unit, it was having issues with engaging the pump. I spoke with a Brian, who walked me through some verification checks, found a small piece of plastic lodged in the prong preventing operation. Unplugged, removed plastic now the unit works! Recommend this company 100x over!

I was so upset with trying to put together the wave pump I ordered and the man was so nice and helpful he walked me threw it so quickly and I got it in the tank in no time. Wait time was only a few minutes and I only had to click threw one prompt. For modern day customer service I am beyond happy with this company.

Customer service will make or break a company for me. I had a problem with a heater I purchased from Amazon after about 9 months of use. I emailed Hydor support and told them what happened. Best company i ever dealt with. Customer service simply amazing,they gave me free replacement parts for my damaged filter. Unfortunately they first sent the wrong part,but mistakes happens,and in no time they sent another one (correct) taking care of import duties. 5 stars for Hydor,their products are built with very high quality and the people working behind the scene are great.

Ive always had a Hydor Koralia Wavemaker pumps to simulate random waves for both my display and frag tank. Been relying on these pumps for waste removal and nutrition delivery for the corals I keep.Great after sale service, fast spare part replacement too👍🏻

I bought 2 koralia circulation and wave pumps 1150s and a koralia control with smart wave. Every time they cycle on they make a loud clicking noise and vibration noises. I bought as a set but after doing research i found there are alot of people with the same problem and that these 2 products are not compatible with each other. There was no information out there by Hydor that gave this information.
