Bought two rings for my son and they both split open. The rings are thin and when I took them back to be repaired they wanted to charge to fix them. When I refused to pay for them to repair two brand new rings they got super rude and brushed me off. At the same time I went to return to try and have them repair my rings I was also picking up a custom necklace. These people gave me a broken necklace and got upset that I pointed out that it was broke before I even had a chance to leave the counter! They are extremely rude and money hungry. If I could give no stars I would and I hate that I spent any money at all with them. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go to Gold USA. Lesson learned.

I brought a chain in to have the clasp repaired. Its a simple two part clasp. Snaps into place and then Locks in place. They fixed the snap and ignored the lock. When I showed them the flimsy incomplete clasp they wanted to double charge me to finish fixing the clasp. I disagreed so they threw the chain across the counter and invited me to leave. Its unfortunate because theyve fixed this exact clasp correctly in the past. Not sure why they committed to giving me bad work. Not sure why they dont offer fair service for returning customers. But thats who they are and this is your fair warning. There are better jewelers in ShopSmart.

Been coming here since they open 8 years ago and great repair jobs. I only come for repairs. Jewlery is all real gold but most of the diamonds are cubics. So not a great place for real diamonds. This a great shop if you want more quantity of gold, the quality isnt great because its mostly hollow gold, if your cheap youll like it but its on you if it breaks. I have notice that there is sometimes angry customers when it comes to their stuff breaking but I really blame the customers for not taking care of their stuff. Gold is not invincible thats why their gold is cheap because its light and breakable. If you guys want something good to last dont be so cheap they have actual good quantity stuff but the prices are higher. As well they are not wholesalers so the prices are higher than LA but thats how buisness works I suppose. They have hundreds of people coming every week so its legit.They always try their best to help you if their is something wrong and they can tell when your lying and know their work so they will refuse helping to meet your exageratting demands. Definitely under staff!
