My experience here was kinda 50/50 because I found what I was looking for which will make my daughters party special this weekend and I didnt have to order everything via online so that was nice. My 3 things that made my visit lose stars or excellent was: Only 4 staff members were visible(1 pulling orders,1 doing register, 1 filling balloons & 1 assisting her), the aisle really showed that this place is under staffed, and no carts(only visible one out wheels were jacked up maybe it just got rescued from a homeless camp) but I was offered a small Halloween style black kettle just before getting to the register..This is a great place for a lot of great things for all occasions and I know the vamp up for the up coming holidays and celebration stuff will be soon but its imperative to also have daily works making the place shop able.Thank you for what you were able to provide but I hope the location will be better on my next visit 😊.

I went to Party City taking in a pack of balloons that I had bought months earlier just to tell the manager that most of the balloons had holes. I didnt have a receipt I didnt expect anything but the manager was super kind and actually gave me a refund. I couldnt believe it! Really great customer service, not only because I got my money back but he was so nice and professional. I will definitely come back here and shop because they take care of their customers.

Its too bad the store is color coded. Not the most innovative or productive thing to do but its not my store. Much fewer costumes than I expected. Decided to buy 3 small items. There were quite a few customers in line ahead and behind me, but confused employees stopped up the line. One had computer issues I guess. I finally walked out after about 10+ minutes of waiting. Not a good first impression, but my last visit. 2 stars for party supply selection.

Waiting time to get our balloons helium inflate is ridiculous! The guy who helped us was very calm and helpful! They were short staff, they need more people to help them especially on busy days like on a Friday.

Long Lines with a full staff. Why? Waited 20 minutes for our balloons 🎈 to be ready…ok! Good customer service and availability on party items and 🎴 . Downfall to the pricey helium tanks is they do not fill up even half of the balloons they claim at 9 inches, especially anything larger??!! Spent $150 on them and got about 75 balloons that were all dead 💀 by the next morning. Better off going to dollar tree for balloons.

Not friendly but kinda rude service

Not a well stocked store and their carts are HORRIBLE! Only three carts to be seen and ALL of them had some sort of annoying wheel problem. However, the staff is phenomenal and the only reason I gave it 3 stars.

Checked online said it had what i wanted, got there lady was ..it might be on the back but it can take a while before i can go look... so ended up getting other plain stuff i couldve gotten from a 99 cent store... I was gonna give a 2 star but they got me a nice balloon setup and i noticed they gave a balloon to a kid that had lost it just walking outside to no charge.. nice gesture.

They have everything imaginable for a party, wedding, etc. But the service is slow and the line is almost always long. They usually only have one cashier and if s/he is busy filling balloons the wait can be extremely long. Sometimes they call someone to help out. The last time I was there they didnt. We ended up leaving after waiting for 15 minutes because the line didnt move.

Was in shopping for items for my sons Dr suess party at school. I rarely check my receipt, but this time things werent adding up. Of the items I bought, only one rang up at the correct price. Most items were nearly double what they were listed for in the isle. Although the sales person did edit the prices and give me a refund it was not without hastle and she tried to excuse it by saying that a) the Dr suess hat that I pulled out of the bin was not the price listed because it was an adult size (mind you I pulled it from the middle of the bin toake sure it was clean). My 2 packs of 2.99 (less 30%) pencils rang up at nearly 10$ because 2.99 was, according to her, the price after 30% off. At the end she refunded me over ten dollars. I know its not huge, but it was a third of the initial charge. Hopefully this experience was a one-off situation and it is not business as usual, but I have learned my lesson about not checking my receipt. Specially at this store in particular!

I had a customer service issue. One nice employee helped me decide what to get but the cashier overcharged me and argued with me about the price (which the first employee told me). Although in the end I paid the price she quoted me, the cashiers attitude left me feeling really frustrated when I left.

I had a pickup or and I was Glad I was able to get 3 out of 4 of my items but the lady that assisted me had attitude.

Miserable! I purchased 3 helium balloons for three children. They were out of so many they had on display, it was unbelievable. I toom what I could get. Once I made a purchase it took 60 minutes for them to complete my order. I will never go back there again.

They have a ver small amount of plain tiaras. We very disappointed with the selection. They are also over priced. I was going to get a feather bowa as well. 19.99 for the exact one I can get a dollar tree. They need to do their research and stop over pricing. We found multiple items in their store to be over priced. The only convenience of this store is its a one stop shop and has some costumes year around.

Couldnt find much inventory

The worst customer service. I ordered for balloons to be picked up at 4PM. No update on the order till 4:30PM. I called thrice at the store. Every time customer care was asking for details and then went to check forever. If they have my order number, why they were asking for colors of balloon, nos. of balloons etc.? Lastly, they told that my order was home delivered! When, I confronted that I had ordered for pickup and the total order value was less than $35 to be eligible for home delivery, then they accepted that the order is still pending. After this, the guy told me to come before 5, otherwise he will not open the door. I went to pick up my stuff, the guy came out with angry face and banged my car trunk. It is the worst customer service I have ever received.

Ive had problems here in the past with staff, but my last visit seemed like a completely different store. I was welcome by friendly helpful staff and the store was more organized as usual even tho they were changing thing for Halloween. The manager was extremely busy helping new staff with questions but he was very patient and polite.

The store was clean and the staff was very polite. There was a 20 min wait to get your balloons aired up, however if you complete a survey in the store you get 2 more balloons filled for free.

They are still open during this epidemic which is cool. They have s huge selection and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Like 6 years ago, I was hanging out at Party City with my mom, and then I accidentally ran into a metal shelf with a pointy metal rod sticking out of it. It left a huge scar on my left eyelid. I was freaking out in the store and I never got an apology from the employees and they did nothing to help.

I understand it’s hard times and I went last minute to buy inflated balloons, but who stops making balloons at 4:20 when they close at 5?? Arrived at 4:25 and they wouldn’t make the balloons for me, so disappointed!!

Obviously overworked manager refused to honor advertised (and subsequently confirmed on the phone) pricing. Tried to charge me more than 5x price, and was stubborn, rude, and inflexible about it. Seemed to stoke other customers to verbally attack me for being firm about advertised price, and cackled with a joke to others as I left. I will not be patronizing this store ever again, and neither will anyone I know. I am a very understanding person, and consumer-facing small business owner, and this store is an embarrassment.

OMG! I bought a ton of super bowl decorations with a gift card I received for Christmas. Which of course I threw away because I used it all, and transaction was complete. This was 2 weeks before the game. I got an email stating it was successful and a few days later I got an email needing verification of my address within 24 business hours. That was on a Sunday,>:-( Monday morning email comes in, Cancelled order. First, not 24 hours business notice, second, when I called to clear it up I was told I’m out of luck and wasn’t able to even get store credit so I could get my stuff. I will no longer be purchasing anything from this business.

It’s the only real party supply store locally so I tend to hit this place up every year for my kids birthdays. Their balloons are expensive (or in just cheap?) and they seem to never have enough of the things I want. This year I went looking for unicorn party supplies. Unicorns people! It’s all the rage. And they had the smallest section of decorations. Also I hate that all their themed party plates come in packs of 8! Like seriously who only needs 8 plates? But they cost almost $3 a pack....ok I get it, I’m cheap.

Great store to grab supplies for any kind of costume/masquerade party. Along with masks, Halloween,marriage, graduation supplies and balloons with custom card making options near the counter with many templates to choose from, they also have a nice candy aisle for single sweet tooths or candy planning. Wonderful store to consider when planning any get together.

Bought my daughter a bouquet pic balloons for her 16th birthday from here. The staff were so helpful and courteous. I cant say enough great things about the store and the employees. Will definitely be back any time I need party supplies.

This store is right next to Chuck E Cheese... It can make a quick stop a headache if you are accompanied by your little ones. They do have a great selection of merchandise and offer in store pick up for online orders. I have always had to wait a bit when at the checkout.. Its usually only 1 cashier.. I dont understand why they have multiple registers...

We always find exactly what we need here! Last time we were in we took a really good look around and found a bunch of fantastic things I didnt even know they sold! The lines can be kind of long sometimes.

Ordered a few items on Jan 11th, although online it mentioned they had all items. Manager calls me an hour later telling me they only have half the items. Told him to check another location and I can pick them up . Sure enough Greenback location had everything . He then refunds my money so I can go repay at the Greenback location. Money still wasn’t on my account on Jan 14. I called the manager he then tells me to come to the store for a cash refund . I end up going after work, he wasn’t at the location and they couldn’t refund me . It’s only $38 not much but it bother me that they called me to come in and not have it ready . It’s now Jan 25 and the charges cleared and they charged me $25 instead of $38 but I didint buy any items so how is it, that they returned $13 but not the rest . This location be on some funny bizz

This is a great place. Since the Party America on Laguna wouldnt blow up my one balloon so I leave and came here. Even though theyre busy, because everyone that was there was getting balloon, they ring you up and then they blow your balloon up right there for you. You didnt have to wait hours for some balloon or one balloon, you get right there after you pay. Their service was great also.

Just one negative thing do say, the name brand party decor is very expensive and not worth the long drive. But if you want just basic decore its perfect. And the staff is very helpful and nice.

I shop here about 3 times a year and Ive never had an issue. There is usually someone on the floor if I have questions. The store is organized and clean. There are times I have gone a day before a holiday and they are out of stock on some seasonal items and the lines are long but that should be expected in those situations.

Normally you can locate pretty much anything party related here. Unless you are looking for Chinese themed items, which they only carry around the Chinese New Year.Otherwise, the store was clean and organized. Staff were helpful as well.

Party city had everything we needed for my daughters Halloween costume at really great price and really good customer service.

I feel really bad for the two cashiers today, the day before St. Pattys. Line went almost to the back of the store. I waited 30 minutes for 2 cheap items. I did you guys a favor by calming the angry customers in line. Your guys district and regional managers need to know that your store needs more hours. Not fair to those 2 ladies. Kudos to them. Shame on the corporation for cutting staffing like that.

The location is close to the busy Arden mall but for some reason this shopping center is pretty abandoned, though I came mid week. Selection was good but I think their Elk Grove boulevard location is better.

Organize when it came to costumes on the wall. Multiple people communicated with me to make sure if I needed help. First time in Party City and I wasnt disappointed, thank you!!

I was looking for cupcake liners and found an array of designs. I even found watermelon jolly ranchers and pixie sticks. The customer service was great. The sales clerk helped with the door since I was having difficulty getting in and out using a wheelchair.

I love party City, although except when there was a Halloween decoration of pennywise and it jumped at me and I jumped and screamed. But this is a good store for Halloween parties or birthday parties
