I requested the services of Service Joy Maids to clean my home prior to moving in. Im moving from Southern California to Sacramento and wanted to be assured that the house was CLEAN before I moved in. Everything was coordinated through Ashika, who acknowledged/confirmed though various emails, what I expected. My job was a little outside their checklist of tasks, in that I was a MOVE-IN not a MOVE-OUT. However, I sent a detailed list of what I expected and it was confirmed by Ashika/Service Joy Maids that my list would be completed. I was quoted a range...which of course, they billed at the very TOP end of the estimate.When my daughter/son-in-law went to the house following the service, it was obvious that the drawers/shelves in the kitchen, bath, laundry room had not been wiped out as requested. They took several phots to document, which I sent them to Karla (manager), who indicated she would go to the property to inspect. My concern is that I have no confidence that the proeprty was actually cleaned as expected. Did they really clean? Ive not heard back from Service Joy Maids and the followup visit to the property - If Service Joy Maids/Karla make this right, I will revise my review. Otherwise my advise is to steer clear of this company.

Service Joy helped me on very short notice after another cleaning service flaked out on cleaning my home so I could stage it for sale. They sent a 3-woman crew as I requested, and when the job proved bigger that originally estimated, simply added the necessary time to accommodate it. They cleaned very thoroughly and used cleaning supplies that left the house smelling clean and fresh, not like a ton of chemicals! I recommend them.

Service Joy Maids did an excellent job! I had them do a move in cleaning before I moved into my new home. The previous owners were renting the house and the renters werent the cleanest tenants. However, Service Joy Maids did a fantastic job and the house is sparkling now!!

Awesome job/ service from Cindy, Jennifer and Sarah! After having hired cleaning services in the past that provided bad service and stole from me. These three ladies made it easy for me to believe and trust again in the service industry. Honest and hard working ladies transformed my dirty disorganized residence into a clean comfortable organized home. Thank you Service Joy!

Recently moved into a new house, and the master bathroom was... Really bad. I cleaned the rest of the house with the help of friends and family, but simply couldnt bring myself to clean the master bath. Called Service Joy Maids and scheduled an appointment (booked about a week out), and two cleaners came by. Man am I glad I called!! They exceeded my expectations, and my girlfriend and I finally feel like we can stop using the guest bath. Would definitely consider using their services again in the future.

Absolutely horrible cleaning and a rip off on price!
