Moving cleanI called, and the person I talked to over the phone was very nice. They had the answers, including the price and time. When they came, they came ahead of time, but I was able to accommodate them. They were supposed to come at 4PM, but they came at 2PM. The two ladies who cleaned were kind and courteous. Im satisfied. All in all, I have no complaints. They are all really nice. That is not the first time. They always fail at first, but they satisfy all our needs. I hope they keep up the good work. We are really happy with the results.

I have had a couple of cleaning services in the past few months and none have worked out. They just didn’t do what they said they were going to do even after having them come back the same day. But Nesy cleaning company is particular are amazing !! Every thing was cleaned as they said it would be and they were very nice ladies. And you get the same team every time if you like and I do like that because new people have to ask you where everything is and where things go. I have been completely satisfied with the service. I am usually gone when they arrive and when I come home it always puts a big smile on my face to have such a clean home. On several occasions I have not left yet and they are always friendly and get right to work.Their level of cleaning is excellent. They move everything that can be moved to dust, move everything on the kitchen and bathroom counters to clean the counters and my floors have never been cleaner. One time when I asked them to not make my bed Because I did it differently and they insisted I show them what I preferred and presto exactly what I wanted, every time.As I said I am completely satisfied with their service and plan to continue with them. Responsiveness, QualityNatalya came to our rescue when we needed a thorough cleaning of our house. The previous tenants left many of their remnants behind, and luckily Natalya took care of it. They first started in the kitchen for about 2 1/2 hours, from the corners to the dishwasher and even cleaned our houseware appliances. Our house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of windows as well, and they took care of every inch of the house to be sparkling clean. After a good 4 1/2 hours, our house smelled wonderful.I do not have before photos of the house previous to their cleaning, but lets just say, I was not willing to step foot in the door without house shoes. Now, we can comfortably walk in the house without any worry, thank you, Nesy cleaning for your fantastic job!

Cleaners from Nesy are great! This was my familie’s first time using their services and they were so detailed and efficient with their work. All we asked for was to clean the bathrooms, stove, and oven and Arnold and Mary cleaned the hallways, kitchen, and vacuumed floors. I’ve never had a cleaning service before but my sister-in-law purchased it for us after having a baby. It was so nice to have all those areas cleaned that I dread doing like fans, backsplash, and baseboards. I’ve never seen my stainless steel appliances shine so pretty. The staff were even consciencious about using gently cleaning product in the babies bathroom. Will defiantly call again when I need those more difficult areas scrubbed. Thanks ladies!

Worst customer service and a very unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life. My old workers moved away so I thought to call this company for a cleaning and all they did was promise me to come certain day and time and never showed up. I even told her that my schedule is very tight and in order for them to come to my house I have to take a day off from my job so that I could meet them and they can start their work but all they did was have me wait the whole time and wasted my time and money for three days which I took off for them😔 Monday I kept texting the owner and calling her as she promised that they would come, but she just ignored my texts and phone calls and didn’t even bother to text me back that they can’t come or something . I felt miserable just waiting and waiting all day on Monday. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GUYS, DONT CALL THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT👎
