Very professional work ethic and skillful with the art of hair styles. They suggested flat iron and good trim for my hair. Turned out beautifully!

Got a flat iron by Margaret. She was SUPER fast. Hair came out immaculate. I wish I still had a picture of it. Very nice woman, beautiful shop.They also provide free snacks, which was nice, as I had my 9 year old with me.

Jillian is so great at fitting me in (considering I’m a college student and I work) . I love that I can just get in and out and go on about my day because I hate waiting in salons for hours. I don’t really know all the other stylist but they do make me feel welcome . Erika, Margaret and Shayla normally do my hair and I ALWAYS leave with flowing bouncy healthy hair . They always make sure I’m satisfied before letting me go. I trust them completely with my hair and that says a lot because I’ve only been to 3 hair salons In my entire life because I am so picky . I recommend them to anyone who values their hair . & my lashes are always on FLEEK !!

I had an awesome experience! Everyone was so kind and professional! They even squeezed my 5 year old daughter in and talked her through it keeping her calm and happy. She looks and feels amazing and so do I! We are officially regulars as we will be going back! I also have a very pleased husband at home. 🥰

I was confident walking into this salon because of the great G+ reviews and I was not disappointed! This salon has a great, mellow atmosphere. The owners are both very friendly and far from pretentious. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional. I got a perfect haircut from Thelma. She did exactly what I wanted and gave me advice on maintaining the health of my hair and on potential color/highlight options. Pricing was reasonable as well. I will definitely be back!

Four year old had her natural hair washed, trimmed and plaited by Dee. She LOVED the entire experience. Wish I could give more stars. This is a girl who HATES getting her hair done but this was an immensely different experience.

I want to recognize the superior level of service I received 4.18.019. I went in for a sew in. The entire staff is very professional, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about doing hair. I love how they all work together as team so your services can be done in a timely manner. I love my sew in. Its braided well, lays flat and looks natural. I traveled from Redding CA 2 1/2hrs. I just got my hair cut today. Shauntae was kind enough to stay late and give me a same day appointment. I was promptly greeted when I came in, and they even offered refreshments.The interior is very welcoming and clean. Shauntae took her time; she washed my hair, blew it out, cut it, and washed it again. She only charged me for a cut and it looks great. She is very skilled with cutting super-curly hair.The staff were all very friendly and the prices reasonable. Will definitely be returning.

You know, I cant even describe how frustrated I was (#past tense because I will NOT be going back). The wait was very short and the receptionist was polite. However, a worker there by D was very sarcastic and needs to seriously work on her communication skills with the public. I am surprised I held in what I really wanted to say to her. Even the lady who was getting her hair done right next to me agreed that she was rude. There were even a few times my stylist left to go look for something and went with D in the back to look for a while....smh. Now, my stylists conduct wasnt all that bad other than that and I somewhat liked my hair. I say that because, 20 min into the hair dyer for a rollerset, I am ALREADY feeling dry rollers! I know my hair dries fast and I KNOW that the amount of product (both oil and setting lotion and wetness of hair) was not right. My curls are so dropped now (less than an hour of taking them out) its ridiculous. When I rollerset my daughters hair, I drench her hair with water and use enough oil in her hair and other product so it DOESNT COME OUT POOFY!!! The rollerset was set correctly but the product distribution was off. As a new client, I received my consultation form -much- after they began to work on my hair. I also ignorantly paid -before- my service was complete. Lord have mercy on that! My stylist left for the day while I was under the dryer which was completely fine with me (who knows something tragic could have happened). She informed me not to worry because someone (I believe Margaret/the owner) would take over. When the dryer shut off, I went to the styling area and asked the nice stylist who would be finishing me up considering it seemed as if she was the only one there (she was the only one doing hair). She stated that she didnt know. I asked her if Margaret was going to finish my hair because I didnt see anyone else in the salon...she stated she didnt know. After a while (and parting her clients hair), she went to the back and I guess asked Margaret because when she got back, she explained that Margaret will finish my hair. After more than 5-10 min waiting, I hear voices in the back talking and seemingly having a great time so I questioned again. Eventually, I decided to take the damn rollers out myself and said bye. The woman who was sitting there (another customer not the same mentioned previously) even said shed be mad as well and it was her first time being there. After taking the rollers out, I asked for grease considering my hair had -no- oil spray and probably a dap of hair oil in it and my hair is LONG and thick. The stylist (the only one on the floor) literally went in the back and got me a jar of grease!! I was so dumbfounded that I didnt even use that mess and bounced. Well, thankfully the relaxer came out great but everything else went to hell. I am so glad to be out of there and I got what I wanted but I can assure you, I am telling -everyone- about this experience...believe that.

Nothing. Wanted to dye my black hair light brown. Left there with my hair blonde and it broke off shortly after.
