One of the most frustrating experiences I have dealt with, this company can not be contacted for two days now calling every possible number, they must only work one day a week. If you need something done fast do not use this company. When they did install the Ansul hood monitoring system they did it incorrectly and had to keep trying to contact them on every possible number and email I could find, leaving messages. The operator did not answer the call and return my voice messages. I needed them to plug the wire in and took several days to do. If you like good customer service and things done in a timely manner DO NOT USE THIS CERTI-FIRE.
