Unable to get in touch with anyone for 2 weeks. The Old Placerville Rd location, no one answers the phone at all. This is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint and will post name and address on here. Finally, got an appointment 2 months later. In the mean time I will be looking for another facility.
Very chill even with strict mask regulations they stayed cool with me entering with no mask didnt right away attack me and simply said if you dont want to have it on we can call you when you ready and wait inside my car. That was nice!
Cant get ahold of anybody on the phone for an emergency referral... I cant use my dental insurance anywhere else until they get back to me... whenever that may be
The service here is not good! A week ago I had an covid vaccine in my arm ! Its been over a week and I have a still sore arm! And Theres itching in the arm whichs causing a lot of pain! Today I checked my primery dr. But there reception lady was very rude behaviour! Usually others staff member was good! ! But She is indain lady! I dont know her name!! She need to change behaviour! She didt talk nicely ! And they didnt help me! Cause appointment available on june thats soo far for me!!!
I visited this center with my new born. Was assigned Dr. Jamwal. She treated us very nicely and sorted all our questions.She had good observations. The moment she saw my baby she asked me to do jaundice test and further guided us properly to where to go and how to manage .Appreciate her skills.She speaks very well Hindi too. We are happy with her:-)
Just do yourself a favor and change providers, they schedule you weeks out at least a month to see someone in person and was told telehealth visits are capped at 10 min. so they basically rush you off the phone. Personally I had an in person appointment or so I thought for a month come to find out it was through the phone when I showed up and was basically lied to by two representatives saying it was in person. You have to follow up in person or else you wont hear back from them even if you leave the dr a message because nothing will get done otherwise plus the representatives answering the phone dont get back to you promptly and the wait is ridiculous.
I took my mother and my nephew who came from Australia and were refused care at even private clinics. Wellspace was amazing, staff was great and very responsive.
Horrible my son was being discharged from the hospital and he needed and appointment first and I called sitting on the phone 3 hours trying to make an appointment and still no answer. The case manager at the hospital tried to call and no luck ....... the pulmonologist sat with me and she got so mad because no one ever answered.
Wait time was over 1 hour and 30 minutes. Male doctor is dismissive of females and wouldnt leave the room so I could dress. I dont feel comfortable leaving PG 13 reviews on here but this place is even during non pandemic times dirty and crowded. The staff refuse to answer questions and simply walk away. I would not come here if I had another choice but my insurance is limited. Plan on being here for a minimum of 2 hours currently.
I love them the staff make everything easy and the nurse practitioner brien is the amazing nurse ive seen everHe’s so nice to his patients and the ma all of them are nice especially the one that work with brien she so smart and fast knows what to doI appreciate them and because I like this clinic, I just transferred from my old one to them
Bad service communication they dont have a direct phone number where we can call and the one they have never answered, specially in this difficult times where we need to avoid direct contact you have to walking to make an appointment over the phone 🙄 or ask if they got your results from lab because there is no way to call them and ask them over the phone, otherwise they wont take the time to call you to let you know about youre x-ray or lab...

Very educated in his field with important knowledge to pass on. A positive and hopeful experience talking to him and it’s very clear he has a passion for his work.
2 stars may be generous but the staff is nice and respectful. The problem is the waiting time. My appointment was scheduled 1:45. Got here at 1. Was called in at 1:30 by the nurse (which was nice and optimistic) but then was left in the doctors room waiting for another half hour. Told the staff there at 2 that my appointment is 15 minutes over. Was told by the nurse that the doctor is busy but she will let him know of my situation and that i have a work appointment soon. At 2:15 she came back and told me that same thing and apologized. The nurse was awesome and I knew it was out of her hands. The doctor seemed to be the problem and also the way this place schedules appointments too closely. Either the doctor is seeing people too closely in time to increase revenue or the doctor takes his/her time and not running things efficiently and quickly. Or both. Whatever goes on there, seems like your time here is not respected. But I dont blame the nurse. She was nice.

You would be lucky to have doctor Beatrice Tetteh. She is truly amazing with my kids. We have been seeing her since they were newborns and she is great with them. She has so much love for children. I give a 4 star only because i have had to wait but in the end I appreciate how great she is with my children. Thats all that matters!
If I could, Id give a ZERO rating. Last apt I waited over 2 hours before telling the front desk, after the third time reminding them I was still waiting, to just forget it. Figured Id give another shot more than a year later and here I am AGAIN in the lobby going on an hour already. What the??? Soon as I get what I need I will be changing providers. This place is crazy. The front desk ladies are something else. Never seen such blatant disregard for customer service/patient care. Watching this is nuts!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!
WellSpace Health Rancho Cordova Childrens Dental Clinic is the best childrens clinic we have ever visited with my children in Sacramento area. Front desk ladies are always pleasant and friendly. Dentists and assistants are very professional and knowledgeable. Rooms and cabinets are very fresh, clean, spotless and bright. Everything is friendly and made for kids comfort.
The dentistry is awesome, the staff are amazing and very helpful. They saw me even after I accidentally came to the wrong location! Wait time is average for a dental clinic, sometimes I get in it about 10 minutes. Only problem for me is their phone number which they dont seem to respond to. It makes it ridiculously hard to call in and make an appointment, you have to visit them personally.

My children have seen only the dentists here and they are amazing. I cant speak for the healthcare side, because Ive never been seen there, but as far as dentistry I would highly recommend them. Patient, kind and understanding.

If you have an appointment or walk in you have to wast your two or three hours. Stay at home or in work but do not wast your time here. Its good to visit other clinics.
The personal is nice and kind, but the waiting time is the worst!! You take at least 45 minutes to go in, today my appoinment was at 12:45pm, well now is 1:38pm and Im still waiting to be called in and it is an Emergency!! So Ill give them one star just because they are nice...

If I could give this a negative star I would. I waited over 3.5 months for my appointment this morning at 8:30. At 7:50am I received a phone call saying my scheduled doctor was sick, so they would need to move my appointment to 9:00am. I told them that was fine, and I would be there. After driving 45 minutes to my appointment, I went into the office at 8:50 to check in only to have them tell me they actually cancelled my appointment and cant see me again till April 2nd. Confused and upset I tried to explain that I am 13 weeks pregnant and just diagnosed with hashimotos thyroid disease which makes my pregnancy high risk. She told me I am welcome to go to urgent care. I have dealt with urgent care over the past 3 months and they keep telling me I really need to see my primary care doctor. I am horrified that this would happen and extremely stressed now that I cant get my correct medicine to keep my baby healthy and safe. This is not the first time this has happened. Disappointed and very sad in this office. If you can avoid them, I would in a heartbeat.

I chose this doctor because I live well space dental. The dentist office is awesome. Wellspace health not so much. So they gave me a 8:30am appt. 45 minutes later Im writing this review from the waiting room. Everyone is looking at me like a deer in the head lights seriously. My time is precious to me if not to you and with all the diseases going around why would I want to sit in a doctors office for even a minute. Fix your scheduling so that people get in and out please and thank you. By the way Dr. jamwal is very rude and not very knowledgeable and I will never see her again.

The front staff was fantastic as more than nurses however the physician assistant or RN or whoever it was it took care of me several times was rude, unknowledgable and made me feel like he did not value me at all on more than one occasion. I have since changed positions office and I realize that these places are really busy but Im not 100% satisfied with where Im going now
Like other past reviews, what is the point of making an appointment when you are sitting in the lobby for almost two hours and then another hour in the room??!?!?! Whats funny is that Ive seen people just walk right in and get seen right away. What is up with that?!?!?!
The worst experience I have ever had in my life.I have Hep C and called to get an appointment to see a doctor for a blood test and a referral to a specialist for treatment. I was told the earliest appointment for new patients was in 2 1/2 months. So I made the appointment. I called every month to confirm the date had not been changed, the last time 3 days before I was to go in. The call center confirmed it yet again. I show up 20 minutes early for the scheduled appointment and the receptionist tells me the doctor was transferred last week and my appointment has been canceled. She told me I would have to make another appointment and the earliest one would be on May 23rd, which would mean I will have to wait another 2 1/2 months.Just how long is someone with a serious disease supposed to wait for something as simple as a referral to a specialist?
They are keep forgetting everything and the waste your time after a month the say sorry and they are saying your time is important for us
Waited about a month to be seen so I could get my asthma medications. I told the doctor that my insurance wouldn’t cover Advair without a prior authorization from my primary care physician. This is the medication that keeps me from having asthma attacks and going to the hospital. It’s been over a week now, my pharmacy has sent multiple faxes to the dr. office and they still haven’t even started the process so that I can get this medication. I have bad asthma and am actually at the hospital now for an asthma attack that could have been avoided had my new dr. communicated with my insurance company and done the prior authorization. I’m missing work and school as a result of this. Oh yeah, and the wait times are horrible.
We arrived 20 minutes early and werent seen for another hour. Oddly enough they can ask us to reschedule us if we are late, but what repercussions do the dental plans face. My child was passed up by other children that were there and checked in well over half an hour after we arrived. I kept being told we would be next to no avail. We will definitely be switching dental practices.
The Dental office is clean & has nice wall murals. The wait was past our appt time but not awful. The waiting area is claustrophobic and the way the seating is arranged paired with the 80 degrees is the perfect environment to catch whatever other patients are hacking all over.The dentist was impolite and insisted my sons crowded tooth was a baby tooth when, in fact, it wasnt. Her staff even stated prior to her coming in while they reviewed our X-rays that it was common for extra teeth - I should know, I had them, too. The dentist actually told me to bring the lost teeth in with me my next visit.I discussed my son had a film on his teeth & she kept insisting it was tetracycline stain - even though it wasnt a stain and he has never taken tetracycline. 😳 Then she chastised me for using magic eraser with caution to remove it - its the only thing that works! And told me harmful chemicals, but if you Google it Snopes has discredited that and the NIH actually did a study of melamine sponges on the teeth and it is more effective than tooth brushes with minimal abrasion. I would love NOT to have to use it, but seeing as she couldnt even ID the issue, Im gonna err on the side of the NIH and keep my child from being sent to school with grey brown teeth. My son has casts on both legs for walking issues. The dentist asked why and when I told her she told me Ive never heard of them putting on casts for that. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but after the other comments,I couldnt help but feel it was a judgment, and not a simple observation. But the icing on the you must be a stupid neglectful, abusive parent cake was that after all that they wouldnt clean his teeth because he has a heart defect that doesnt require any sign off, but they insisted on it. I get it, they have to cover themselves legally... but if they simply mailed a new patient packet to us and pre-screened we couldve gotten the letter in advance, avoiding me taking him out of school 2 days instead of one. After everything else, it was enough for us to request a new dentist.
Waited over three weeks for an appointment with a female doctor. Waited over an hour in the waiting room. Was given a male doctor anyway. He dismissed the fast-growing mole on my face as nothing serious and refused to test it. I was so worried I ended up going out-of-pocket to see a dermatologist and have it biopsied and tested. It is CANCER. ON MY FACE.And now I have to fight to get the treatment covered by MediCal since I technically went against doctor recommendation by getting it tested out of network.Also the Wellspace doctor reported me for addiction counseling because I told him I had an rx for weed. So now I get calls at all hours offering me help.Do not trust these doctors.

Where do I begin?? They have been lying to me for over a week about my medication..every time I call they give me some stupid reason why its not at the pharmacy yet. I have anxiety and depression so have been suffering due to these lazy morons.They apparently stop answering their phone whenever they feel like it and usually 30 mins to an hour before closing. . Their voicemail gets full because they dont ever check them. ...so if I could rate these lying idiots less than 1 star I would.

Be prepared to wait for two hours before being seen in the pediatric dental. Theres a blonde girl at the desk that is and looks unapproachable, she talks about everything too loud for everyone to hear such as the TV and her weekend. This is an emergency appointment, but they sure as hell dont treat it that way. The whole appointment took 3 hours !!!! Which couldve been 1 hour.

They have issues at this office...when you call customer service, you have no contact with the actual office, you have to leave a message for doctor to call you back and in my experience, my twins doctor never called me back with a update of their health..at the time my son Brandon had hurt his knee at school and was in bad pain. They had did a x-ray and said he had fluid on his knee and that he needs another doctor appt. so they could eventually schedule a MRI. Meanwhile my son is dealing with major pain. This is just bad!
This place is neck and neck with DMV as far as service. Took 2 hours to get through by phone and cant even get in to see a doctor. Changing Drs ASAP.
Wast of time when you visit to this clinic you have to wait for 3 hours try to select a place that take care to you and you time.
Absolutely horrible service. They have no compassion. Constantly switching doctors. I came in with a list of problems I needed to discuss with the doctor & they told me he only had time for 2 of the things on my list & the rest would have to wait. I could literally die & they wouldnt care.
Ive been waiting fir 4 weeks to get my maternity leave paperwork signed and all they do is tell me my provider isnt in the office or to call a different office etc etc. Staff isnt as helpful
