Safety-Kleen, for every solution we have a problem sums up what its like to deal with them.Would love to add a positive update but that would be impossible. Here we are a week later and still nothing but issues getting a response. After sending e-mails and phone calls every hour we finally got a phone call. They said they might be able to get out this week but and they would talk to the driver. Seriously? Dont they have something called, oh I dont know, Dispatch?Will update as this unfolds

If I could give them 0 stars I would, but its not an option!!This company is a complete joke!!! We are set up to have automatic removal every 16 weeks. We are now 5 weeks since our last pick up and the say we have to wait another 5 months because they had a driver quit. Where the heck do we put our waste oil for the next 5 months?!?!?! This company has bought out all the local competition in the area so there is no other option!!!

Taddle Tale company. Once u contract with them and dont use their services, they will report to officials to tell them u store hazmat at your facility even if u use other third party removal services. Do not trust these folks, use and dont bother signing up with them.
