BEST EXPERIENCE!I literally went everywhere to repair my phone. Big brands like Apple and T-mobile all suggested I buy a whole new phone due to a sim card port issue. I refused since my phone is practically bran new out of the box already. Then I found Cellairis just in time. They were confident they could fix it, finished in under 20 minutes, and charged me a low few. This review is long over due! I stopped at this kiosk in December 2020 for a repair on the back of my iPhone Max. I was quoted $ 90 and a 45-minute pick up time. Long story short, I returned and waited another hour (they hadn’t started on my phone yet). When they finally finished, my phone was not functional. It kept shutting down, kicking me off, running slow; I wasn’t even able to send a text or make a phone call bc that’s how quick it would turn off on its own. The “managed” did not compensate me and expected me to walk away if he waived the $90 fee. I was devastated as I’d just paid off my phone and will now have to purchase a new phone. After 3-4 hours of trying to resolve this issue, I walked away having to order a new phone that cost me $1500 out of pocket. Planned to spend $90 and walked away with a broken phone and $1500 out of pocket for a new phone. Yep, worst service and customer service.

I came back in February to bring my S8+ to get repaired. It turns out it was the motherboard that was messed up. But I give these guys credit for trying their hardest to repair my phone

The shop stays stocked on older phones and their protectors and cases. They repaired my Samsung j3 quickly and had it looking shiny and nice as if it were brand new after a pretty hideous screen shatter. Definitely worth it compared to buying a new phone. I was sent on my way with a better suited case, screen protector, and I felt that the shop cared to ensure my phone would survive another incident as this one by getting me better supplies to protect the device. Theyre trustworthy guys with good intent for your tech.

His website claims to be the best price guaranteed*. I didnt look for the meaning of the *, but we told him a price we were quoted and he said hed match it. We told him the other quote is from a place 1 mile away, while he is 7 miles away, so he wasnt saving us anything. After reading the bad reviews, we arent wasting our time or gas. Plus, noticing that the most recent reviews are all 5 stars with no comments, I wonder if the guy gets into owners accounts and gives himself ratings. Overall sketchy vibes.UPDATE: the most recent 5 star review is someone who also likes 2 other cell phone repair shops in the area, including another Cellairis, and nothing else.

This place is awesome. The guy who works here has the best customer services. specially a small kiosk like that i never expect that kinda service. all the prices are reasonable, they even match any price. i have my iPhone 4S fixed here and the service i got it was awesome.

The screen looks good, but trying to use it is terrible . I honestly should of just bought a new phone or stuck with a broken screen. The phone no longer works like it use to, it presses buttons on its own, it is super hard to text because it always presses the letters next to the ones I’m trying to use. The phone no longer locks the screen during phone calls so it presses buttons. It honestly wasn’t worth the 80$ It’s been trouble ever since getting it “fixed”

The screen looks nice but the phone doest work like it use to.I have problems when I try to text, type on the internet and cant move the screen up or down without getting aggressive.A nice screen but no gentle touch and they also quote different prices so hopefully you get the right guy

I wish they would have told me before purchasing a screen replacement about the iphone 6 hardware issue that causes the screen to freeze and act like a bunch of areas on the screen are being pushed at the same time. Will never return BEWARE!

We shopped around for a screen and digitizer replacement and found that Cellairis was much less; half the cost of Apple. Zero star. Stay away from this place, it looks this guy having fake reviews. I repaired my phone screen, within 1 month screen started showing blurry and lining at bottom, I complained him, tease guys asking money to replace it again, finally they agree to sell that fake screen protector on$25+Tax to get screen repaired that was under 3 months warranty. Now my phone is not turning on. All happening in 3 months!!

Has samsung galaxy phones on the website but doesnt work on a S8+. Maybe take that off your website since you dont service all galaxy phones, especially a main model.
