My FAVORITE store for earrings!! When I went the other day, it was buy 3 get 3 free what a deal!!!!

I personally don’t recommend this place for kids under age of 6-7 for ear piercing, she doesn’t know how to help or deal with kids.

DO NOT your ears pierced here. They made one hole bigger than the other side and a day after getting them pierced the earring got stuck inside my ear. I had to go to urgent care to have them remove it because the ear specialist at icing said there was nothing she could do. Save your ears and have them professionally done.

I just tried to contact this store with a few questions I had for an ear piercing for my 7 year old. The phone rang many times. Someone finally pick up and just said can you call back? I said hello? because I was confused as to whether this was a business or if I had dialed the wrong number because of they manner in which they answered the phone. The girl repeated can you call back? Still confused on whether I called the right number or not I was silent for a second and just said uh, okay? and then she said okay, bye and then hung up! Wow, impeccable customer service. That is not the way a business phone should be answered. State the name of the company at the very least. Wow.

Kira at this location is the best! She helped me out after I got screwed over by the icing location in the South Bay Galleria mall down in so cal. The woman didnt inform me I had 7 items and I told her I only wanted 6 for the buy 3 get 3 free sale, she charged me full price for an item that should have been $5 and then proceeded to close the gates after me and my boyfriends mom exited the store at around 8:10 and the mall and location didnt close til 9pm. Very weird and rubbed me the wrong way. Any ways love icings and appropriates the help from the asssociates at this store.
