I have been playing with Champion cues for a year now, I must say that the quality of all the cues made by Champion is top shelf! I shoot with a NA1 cue and with it in my hand I have been able to bring home 4 division championships in both 8 ball and 9 ball, as well as one team MVP and MVP of all Quad Cities in skill level 5.You will find the response of the cue is smooth and crisp with each shot, almost zero deflection of the shaft insures that your shot is going where you aim every time. And the looks of this cue is a attention getter you will find that someone will always want to look and handle your cue. then the fun part comes you get to see the reaction when they find out that such a quality cue can be had at great prices. If you find your self in the market to buy a new cue trust me this should be one to look at.
I received the cue as scheduled. It is a well made, beautiful appearance in both the colored wood and unstained wood. The grip is well made and very comfortable - as well made as cues costing twice as much. I am very happy with the cue and the workmanship is high quality throughout.I ordered the 19oz. version and the stiffness of the small section is just right - no tendency to miscue compared to other cues I have that are too flexible near the tip and swerve off the cue ball when shooting off center for english or draw. The tip is properly installed and shaped and mine was ready to use out of the box.If you need a decent cue and dont want to spend $200 and up, this cue is an excellent choice and is a very good value. I plan to order another one of a different color for my best friend who plays with me
I purchased champion cue from Amazon two years before, and I use it in my APA League every day!First off, let me say that this is a gorgeous cue stick. The packaging was amazing, a box, inside of a box, and the cue stick packed inside of the case. Nice case too. With all of this wonderful packaging, I was expecting a perfect cue. The wrap was nice and tight, and everything felt good. The tip was already scuffed and rounded, ready to go.
