I first called to make sure it was open the lady on the phone said yes no attitude it was Saturday morning at 9am.. When I got there she was the only worker she was nice with a smile to boot. I love when I go somewhere and I get a smile, it can really make my day. She handled my check cashing busing held a little conversation hot my money thanked her for her kindness in person and on the phone. I will be going back to this location to do any check cashing needs money orders or western union. The lady that was working Saturday morning May the 22nd thank you for you smile and kindness..

Gianna ruined my entire experience! Extremely rude! I’ve gone here so many times had such great service until she decided to help me. Left me on hold majority of phone call, would not let me speak. Just had a tone to where I knew she did not want to help me. I would not recommend this store anymore!

I love it here the ladies are wonderful and delightful workers and make the atmosphere very welcoming I come here for everything to pay my bills and its guaranteed on time all the time I go nowhere else this is an exceptional yes it may get a little busy and you got to wait sometimes but to be greeted by the workers is phenomenal worth the wait

Worst wait time ever... almost two hours... For how busy place is I dont see why theres only one person working the window... and for that one person working she was rude. Regardless of the circumstances good customer service should still be expected.
