Ms. Lynch, not only showed a deep compassion for The Penningtons recent loss, but she handled each of the details with such an ambassadorial flair. She, and her colleagues, facilitated the arrangements without a hiccup. Harry A. Nauman & Son handled services for both of the Dans parents. And may their legacy be carried on. (Im the daughter-in-law)I want to certainly thank you for everything that was done. I thought that everything went well at the rosary and my father-in-law looked very peaceful, which helped my mother-in-law through this process. The only feedback I have is that I wish that someone had turned off the slideshow and music when the rosary started.I thought the funeral went well, too, and it was with the direction of Shakinah and Buffe that all went smoothly. I also appreciated that Shakinah was very patient with us during the whole process and that she had contacted the Veterans for us, who provided a nice flag ceremony at the interment.The only problem we encountered turned out to be the number of programs that were available at the funeral. Though it was partly my fault that I forgot to request the number we needed and I was late getting the program to you, I wish that someone would have asked us how many we wanted printed. This was very important to my mother-in-law. Shakinah was able to print more for us to send out later.
