Everytime I call this place, no one answers and the call get connected directly to the call center in the Philippines which doesn’t help at all because they’re too far.

Ordeal 1: they have been painfully unresponsive when I requested a refund for a cancelled transaction (which has been 2 weeks overdue)Ordeal 2: they did not send a driver for my prepaid scheduled pick up.This LBC Branch has been the epitome of unprofessionalism and downright incompetence.

Took three calls throughout the week to get them on the phone but when I did, gentleman that answered the phone was exceptionally helpful. He would make it 5 stars just that they need more people so when theyre busy at least someone can pick up the phone. I will update my review once my packages arrive to their destination.

This place is open until 6 pm on Sundays also, so dont let Google Maps fool you into thinking they are closed on Sundays. They are always fast and efficient.and for shipping things to the Philippines they are really the only place to even think about using.

Drove 30 minutes from my place to get to their Mabuhay Branch branch in Mack Road, Sacramento to send out packages a few days after Christmas. Their site says they close at 6pm. I called their contact center to make sure and they said they close at 6pm. I got there and only to find out that they close at 5:30pm. Very inconsistent information that leads to total inconvenience. People in that store would not even reconsider assisting the customers their company caused the inconvenience brought forth by their inability to coordinate the proper information to their pages and contact center. Those people in there just wont budge because they said its not their fault and they close at 5:30pm.50 year old company and they cannot even coordinate the exact freaking time they open and close.

We kept on calling the Customer Service to find out if the 2 boxes we sent last November 2, 2017 have already arrived in the Philippines, and they said that the boxes were in the warehouse since December 13, 2017. It is now December 24, 2017 and we called the Customer Service again today, and they still kept saying that the boxes were still in the warehouse.We tried to contact Reynold Decastro who is the delivery manager in the Philippines and we could not get a hold of him.Delivery sucks big time. This is the last time we use LBCs services. We have had enough.
