Recently I moved my domains from another company to Fast Break Tech. The process was a challenge due to some problems with one of our laptops and the company from which they were coming. Steven handled the situation with professionalism and diligence. He worked tirelessly to get it done, kept us informed throughout the process, and taught us about what we were doing. I have been using Fast Break Tech, Inc. for OVER 20 YEARS. We have always been very satisfied with FBT(Fast Break Tech). This last service was NOT COMPLETE, plus we paid over $300.00. The technician said he would call me back to reschedule another appt. However it never happened. The technician who came to our home.....he was very nice and professional, he just FAILED to follow through. Currently, I am unable to use the computer. PLEASE HELP US. 😡😡

I am a contractor. I do not make money when I am in the office. The gang at Fast Break integrated my scheduling, merchant services, telephones, and bookkeeping so that I can make real time data entry from the field. I can do an estimate for a customer on my laptop that is linked to my office server. The customer has a copy in his email before leave the job site. My office is nearly paperless now. My customers are impressed, and that gives me better credibility over the competition.

I definitely would NOT recommend this firm if you are a small business. I owned a CPA firm and hired Fast Break Tech to remotely backup of my server and paid them for this service for many years. After my hard drive was destroyed by a virus, they were not able to restore any of my data except for just a few files. I would have been better off backing everything up on my own. They were worthless.
